Brilliant. Damn. AND In Kowalski’s it’s cheaper for the 12 oz than something that begins with S and tastes like something else than begins with S. Please drink this, Minneapolis. I highly recommend a gold filter if you just use a crappy drip machine as I do. Better than Intelligentsia.

Bull Run offers an excellent selection of delicious, meticulously prepared and brewed coffees. The Ethiopian Amaro Gayo is one of my favorites, it really introduced me into a higher level of coffee. While I am not normally one to spend more than 2 bucks on coffee, I have found myself coming back here often. There is really no comparable coffee experience in Minneapolis, and I am hard pressed to brew a cup of coffee at home that comes even close to those offered here. And the bakery is dope too, with the Breton butter cakes outstanding.

Best coffee I’ve had. They really seem to know what they’re doing.

The best coffee in town. Their coffee is served at The Beat Coffeehouse in Uptown. Lots of restaurants also serve Bull Run coffee. They have a great roastery with the nicest people working there. They have a Clover brewer at the roastery. Even though they are not a retail shop they are open to the public during the week. I toured the place with Tom, one of the roasters, and had some of their coffee on the Clover. I am still thinking about that coffee. Thanks Tom!!!
