Dairy Queen of Mineral Wells No 40

Super slow service is an understatement. They make the food one item at a time instead of making it all at once starting with the items that need the longest to cook.

Been waiting 43 minutes now for 2 orders of chicken strips, fries and onion rings. One gal cooking in back, making tacos with no gloves. Just went down hill from there…

If I could give it 0 stars, I would. We stopped in here on the way home and my brother asked them for a burger with meat and cheese only. When he received his burger, it was not as he asked, we took it back and they went to fix it. Shortly following that, they returned him another burger (or so we thought). It was his original burger and they literally just scraped the mustard and everything else off and have it back to him. We asked for a new burger again, the manage said she would make it personally… we watched as she did no such thing and the original cook made the sandwich. After 10 minute ordeal, we received the proper order… will NEVER stop in here again. Also, the cashier was coughing all over the place and was wry rude… FYI

This place it the pits. Food is lousy. Service is terrible. Will never go in this place again.

Slow service and Burnt gravy… Not my idea of a quick roadside snack shack… Now I know why there wasn’t a line.
