JS Installations

Got this recommendation through word of mouth, for a murphy bed installation. Joseph was super responsive, arrived when he said he would, and got the work done within the time he said he would.
Those things alone are almost impossible to find in a service provider — but on top of that, he went above and beyond:
(1) the installation was more difficult that he expected for several reasons, but he did not charge extra (other providers might have taken each opportunity to gouge);
(2) in fact — he happened to have on a hand a ‘part’ that was missing from the original purchase, and he gave it to me AND installed it, free of charge;
(3) he was super accommodating and patient with scheduling difficulties and numerous attempts to find a time that suited five schedules (his, and the seller’s and my respective personal and building schedules); and
(4) he brought plenty of people to do the work quickly, effectively, and safely.
Highest recommendation & I look forward to needing such services again so I can work with this company again.
