I was concerned that my eye issue was worsening, so I called this clinic for an urgent consultation. I was referred to, and met with, Dr Wu. This doctor was observant and quick to the point; very good indeed. His staff was also very observant and well mannered — all but one, that is. That «one» was very rude, obnoxious, and belittling. For that reason, I will never go back. Funny how just one person can ruin it for the rest. Otherwise, I would have given Dr Wu a much higher score.
