STAY FAR AWAY!!! SCAM!!! Spa Looks Nice But Very Cheaply Made. Company Will Never Warranty Repairs, Company Will Put You On A Waiting List For Months. Spas Fall Apart Very Quick — Within 1 Month Of Owning. Not Worth The Hassle.

I came to West Coast Spas after a hellish experience with a different local dealer who tried to screw me over on a spa deal. I was already apprehensive about spa shopping.
Since my purchase of a spa in 2013 West Coast has been supportive with my spa. I recently needed warranty service to replace a defective part and Sumie was more than helpful in taking care of the issue. She even made it a point to personally deliver the replacement part so the service tech could expedite the service call. She even gifted me Chem’s for a minor delay in service.
We continue to work on better water chemistry and care for my spa.
I would recommend Weat Coast Spas to anyone who is looking for a dealer with great business ethics.
