So i reviewed this location 1 star last year, thought i might as well update my review to a 1 star, oh wait nothing changed if anything it’s only gotten worse. the workers their are VERY rude, not at all helpful. I can’t count how many time’s i’ve seen the workers on their cellphones hiding at the end racks of isles, or just standing around talking to other co-workers. This place being in a questionable neighborhood the 1 section of doors closes at 9:00PM. well plan for them to just lock them whenever, i was in the check out line and the announcement comes on at 8:55PM that in 5 minutes the doors will be locked, at the same time that announcement ended i was handed my receipt, i walked to those doors as that’s where i had parked and sure as shit 8:56 the doors are locked, meanwhile just 15 feet before i approached the doors four walmart workers were just standing around and pretty much started to laugh after i had to turn around, One would like to think that they would have said something about them already locking the door? Well i went to the other exit and their was a lady blocking the exit checking peoples receipts… well that’s what she gets paid to do… she let a guy go who had 3 full bags of groceries without looking at their receipt and had to stop me to check my receipt for my 320 gallon rubbermaid containers, all the while another person walked around her with a car ful of stuff. i understand you can’t catch everyone but you can ask them to stop, Then again maybe it’s just the luck of the draw of being in that part of town at night… Just avoid this place.

Worst pick-up experience. Poor signs don’t say where it is relative to regular customer service. Appears people don’t know what they are doing. Lady took my id and walked off, I hope to look up my item and get it? Not to mention I’ve been standing in front of automatic doors that are constantly opening and letting in cold air. So pathetic! Avoid it if you can

Typical Wallmart with unfriendly sour-faced employees and product-strewn shelves. In the grocery isles, boxes of products appear dented or crushed, as though they had been kicked around on the floor and then put back on the shelves. Cans of dog food were dented. That does not alter the contents inside but it still makes the merchandise a lot less visually appealing. As I was checking out, I saw a line of people waiting in the customer service department. There must have been 8 folks, all with carts, waiting patiently. I could not see how many employees were helping those customers but, as I have seen in other Wall Marts, probably a single person taking care of many folks, all waiting in line. So why do I go to Wall Mart. For one reason only. To refill my prescriptions. Their generic brand program for $ 10 for 3 months is worth the aggravation of having to deal with this place. Perhaps if they paid their employees a decent wage, their attitudes would improve and everyone would be better off for it. I find it interesting that the only time you ever see private security cars patrolling the parking area is at Wall Mart. What does that tell you?

Purchased an item though the site to store. I waited in line for 45 minutes before being acknowledged. Finally was able to get my product after an hour and a half. The customer service at this store is terrible.

So this is what happens when I quit going to the Servite village Walmart. I strongly recommended that they hire some people to work the store and sure enough eventually they closed. Yes. I told you so. And now they open a new one that’s almost 14 miles from my house. While on my way home I wanted to buy some pizza, beer, and Twinkies. At this time it should be easy in and out. It seems early enough but on Sunday they seem to close it up early for some odd reason they actually had a retractable gate that covers the beer and wine lane in the back of the store. I also had an interest in finding some of those famous Twinkies that are not around. Just like the elusive staff members. I tried to ask somebody around me, no one was there. This store although it is open 24 hours a day seem to have product carts dropped off all over for stocking. And for some odd reason there were carts filled with product that needs to be restocked back to where it should be. I came at night and it was not too scary they had security driving through the parking lot. I guess that keeps The criminal element from taking over the whole parking lot. I did like the fact that there was no line in the self check outs.

I stopped to buy some ammo for an upcoming shooting event, and they don’t sell ammo or guns at this store. Strange. The store is brand new and nice, but at night the customers seemed to be running wild in the place. Stick to daytime visits.
