When I received my package all the frozen items had melted to mush, even though I was forced to by an Ice Pack for $ 6.99, but they decide how much ice they put in it, (obviously not enough)
Their position is «We told you, we warned you we advised you to pay for overnight shipment», this makes no sense when they require you to purchase an ice pack, but it doesn’t work. Then I was told «you could have deleted the ice pack from your cart, you didn’t have to buy it». No, they required me to buy this.
If you know «your» ice pack isn’t good enough don’t sell it, find something that works.
This company completely indemnifies themselves from all responsibility, yet they are the ones who determines how much ice to put in the pack and knows it won’t work.
I think they need to find a better ice pack or require people to pay for overnight shipping which is very very expensive.

I love Vegan Essentials for the things I can’t buy locally – for a long time, I was buying Daiya vegan cheese from them because they were one of the few sources for this stuff.
