When I first moved to Bayview, this was my go-​to place for a bloody. The staff was a lot of fun, I liked the overall atmosphere, and their bloodies were even better. Unfortunately, the last time I was there, the bartender was very unfriendly & the price of bloodies went up while the quality went down. The poor service & inflated prices will probably affect my coming here again. I can go down the street to Bob’s Southshore Inn & get a better bloody for a few bucks less. It’s too bad, as this used to be one of my favorite Bay View bars.

Overrated neighborhood bar with really bad service and a boring look. They have one empty small gaming room that no one utilized the night I went. The place was nothing special and the bars in the area looked every bit more enticing than this dump which I was thinking was going to be a great lace. It was just your average bar with a bathroom that doesn’t even have a sink. In it.

Love the whitehouse! Cheap drinks and good people. Usually a quiet dive bar, but it’s been known to get a little rowdy. :)

I’m originally from Milwaukee but haven’t lived here since before this area was back in vogue. During a weekend visit, we stopped here on Sunday night… was not disappointed.
Perfect place in my opinion. Sunday evening still pulled enough people it felt like we had some company. Great look and feel to the bar. Music playing was perfect volume to listen to it or talk over it without shouting. Plus the selection was solid.
Local sand volleyball league stopped in for post game drinks. Great location, great vibe here. Glad the neighborhood has changed for the better. Keep it going.

not closed on Sundays! great taps and neighborhood feel. Terrific outdoor court and picnic tables. Order a pizza, Jimmy Johns or bring your own munchies!

Great bar. Fun times, cheap drinks and great service. Matt is super. It’s nothing fancy, just a tavern, but fun people and good times.

My laid back hang out. Excellent bartenders. Nice alternative to over loud pubs typically found on KK. Drinking games are fun. They have seasonal volleyball and bean bag tournaments. Nice management. Great place for football fans. Wish they had more food options.

What can I say, no bones about it really… no gimmicks, it’s just a bar in an old building. Service was great. The last thing I remember is sitting there thinking to myself «I bet this place is haunted, man, that would be cool» and then next thing I knew I woke up on my living room floor. My whole experience here could have been a dream for all I know but I will post this review under the assumption that my visit here did indeed happen in reality.

A nice alternative to the «cool Bay View» bars. It’s a laid back place, with both regulars and a lot of sports teams from the volleyball league. There are board games and cheap drinks. There is not a three tattoo minimum for service, unlike some other Bay View bars in the area.
Plus — a parking lot!
Minus — the ladies room could use some work and it’s COLD in there in winter.

I had a great time here recently. Highly underrated in the area. Went here with my family on a Friday night and the place was basically dead. Looked like your average neighborhood bar. We were welcomed by a really pleasant young lady who ended up playing bar dice with us the whole night and served us really good drinks without charging the group an arm and a leg. I think if I lived in Bayview, I would definitely try to frequent Kneisler’s.
Oh, and I’ve contacted Unilocal staff to change the CLOSED status of this place, I assure you, the White House is most certainly OPEN.
