Terrible experience renting from them. Flip flopped on rental agreement and policy. Seemingly different rules for each unit in building, zero consistency. Dishonest. Felt as if I was playing a game with them for the remainder of my lease with them. Overall insulting and ridiculous experience.

I’m late to give this review but Structure Property Management is the best property management we’ve ever had.
It makes us miss Milwaukee like crazy and our amazing apartment. Nothing has come close yet to the MLK property that Structure has. Structure always kept everything fixed, clean and orderly and the moment snow fell, there was always someone there to shovel or plow the snow in the parking lot right away!
I highly recommend any property Structure owns, they are AWESOME!
