Stein Optical Center

Called just to order a box of contacts, because I lost one… very rude receptionist… Instead called «Optix on Downer» who was very friendly — will be giving them my business instead.

Customer service does not exist at Stein Optical — Mayfair Mall location. They openly engage in deceptive and false advertising. When I walked into the store, not one employee greeted me or asked if I needed help with anything. I had to basically stalk and hunt down a sales associate to open the designer frame case. I have never encountered more unfriendly and uncooperative employees in my life. The manager, Brenda B, was also horrible and extremely rude. She clearly did not want my business and felt she was too good to even look at me directly and answer my questions. Stein Optical — Mayfair Mall location should remove their entire staff and hire people who actually believe in customer service!

I used to love getting my glasses here. NEVER AGAIN the cost of their frames and lenses went up. I will still go for my eye exams though.
