This is hands down my favorite Starbucks out of all of them! The staff is the friendliest drive-thru workers I’ve ever encountered, and even though the drive-thru is always packed, it moves really fast. I go out of my way just to go to this Starbucks on my to work sometimes. High quality customer service goes far…

We have gone here a few times. They are very friendly and go over and above to make sure that your order is correct. To be honest I think the only complaint I have about the Starbucks is the parking lot. It is horrible to get in and out of and the drive thru is a accident waiting to happen they added a mirror so you can see cars coming but I have seen way too many close calls.

Love our local Starbucks and visit often. The staff is always friendly and I rarely have a problem with an order. Love the outdoor patio. I wish they had a bowl for water for our dog… they used to but haven’t seen it lately.

Great clean location with plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. Pleasant staff who are personable and work very efficiently. Located next to a Subway and across from a gas station on a fairly busy intersection. Private lot in the back of the store. This location does have a drive thru for those who are still looking for their ‘bux fix but are on the go.

I love this Starbucks and I dont even drink coffee! My husband and I frequent this location very often and around the same time. Everyone that works there is super friendly and welcoming. I absolutely love their breakfast sandwiches but they are frequently out of the one I like to order and thats the reason for 4 stars. The seating here is much better than the one on Holt. More room and it has much more natural light. The place itself always seems very clean and well kept. Although one of their posters near the back entrance is ripped :(So sad! Strabucks in general is pricey but I dont mind. We also tend to stop at other local coffee shops in Bay View and the prices are almost the same. I really enjoy the new Cherry Granola dessert they have. I hope they keep these on the menu! Ive had 2 in the last week. I havent ever tried to go here during the morning rush so I cant speak for those on here that had trouble during that time. I have gone to the drive through and never had an attitude or problems. All in all, for a chain, it doesnt seem like its a chain and I like that. Again, clean, friendly, and not that much more expensive than local places.

I was a barista for four years and I wanted so much to give a good review. I did the groupon promo where you get $ 10.00 for $ 5.00. I love their Christmas drinks but can’t have the caffeine. Since I don’t work there anymore and don’t get the drinks for free, it’s a treat for me to go. I just happened to be on my way to school. There was one car ahead of me and they were waiting for drinks and two cars behind me. I had to wait a bit. When I got up to the window I saw no less than 4 baristas having a conversation. About what I have no idea. I just wanted my stuff. It was a steamer which is basically steamed milk and syrup. No espresso required. It was my first time trying one of their chicken paninis. First impression, I couldn’t believe how small it was. It was warm though and I was hungry. At nearly $ 6.00 though, I expected a bigger sandwich. It tasted a lot better than it looked but with a Subway right next door, I probably won’t be eating another. There was some whole grain mustard and about 3 pieces of what appeared to be spininch on the sandwich. With such tight coffee competition in Bay View, I hoped that Starbucks would have decreased their prices. Drink yes,(not every day) food no.

I love Starbucks coffee and the business as a whole. Since living down the street for a year, I’ve had a love hate relationship with this Starbucks. After feeling the love for ten years at the Downer and then the Ogden stores in Milwaukee this store really let me down. I hate to complain about not being recognized everyday but I am, Al is the only barista to recognize and say hello everyday, the rest act if they don’t see me 7 days a week. They move slow in the drive through window and more days then should be allowed, didn’t have bold coffee brewed and ready at 7:20am — even though this has improved since I’ve emailed the company. Watch the lot parking in the morning, its a time killer — expect to wait for the drive through line an add 5 minutes.

I go here religiously, but I have to admit, only via the drive-thru. Staff is always friendly and helpful. The weekday morning staff is quick and nice(and always give my dog treats.). My two minor complaints are first, if you go during a non-peak time(for example, a weekend afternoon), the drive-thru staff is MUCH slower. I have been the only car coming through and it’s taken me just as long as when I wait for four cars ahead of me on weekdays. Not sure what that’s about. Secondly, their parking lot is a mess. It’s not conducive for the amount of traffic they get on a daily basis. There are always cars in the drive-thru spilling out into the street and God help you if you parked and went inside, and have to get your car out. I’m not sure how this can be remedied since the parking lot is surrounded by housing, but maybe they could build another one south of there to catch the St. Francis and Cudahy traffic. Just a thought.

I want to be super cool and only go to local coffee shops… but I have a Starbucks gold card and like their brew, so I keep going back for more. It’s a vicious cycle. Fortunately, they provide consistently good coffee in consistently nice locations. Having spent an afternoon here doing some work, I really enjoyed this store. As others noted, the parking and drive-thru are tight, but the staff are friendly and the seating area is nice. Tables are spread throughout the store, so it’s easy to focus on your own work without having someone else distracting you from one foot away. Nothing particularly distinguishes this one from other locations, but it’s certainly A-OK.

Typical Starbucks. They are pretty consistant across the board. Very tight parking lot with a tiny drivethru.

This Starbucks sucks. They focus on the drive-thru and make the customers inside wait, and wait, and wait. I much prefer local shops but my husband is addicted to the iced green tea, shaken with two Splenda. The staff aren’t inconsistent in their interactions with customers too. Sorry, its just not worth the cost to be unhappy with each interaction.

Starbucks is my brand of choice when it comes to coffee, and in particular MY neighborhood Starbucks is invaluable to me. The other day, in a moment of temporary insanity, I decided to try a cup of McDonald’s joe when running errands further south in Milwaukee(See my review of McDonald’s, South Milwaukee, WI). Sometimes we have to experience something heinously awful to appreciate what we have. I’m glad to take the trip to my Starbucks today to get that caffeine infusion I have come to rely on. The coffee is always flavorful, no matter which blend one picks, and the staff is always happy to make recommendations if you are unsure. This comes in especially handy around the holidays when I am purchasing bags of beans to give as gifts. When it comes to my palette for tasting coffee, I have to admit that it is not very sophisticated. I tend to like most anything(although I do know when something is REALLY bad, or conversely REALLY good). I guess I’m somewhat like the friend we all have who cannot distinguish between Dom Perignon and Boon’s Farm. But I do know what I like. Let’s be honest about something. Beyond the fact that, yes, Starbucks truly is a decent coffee brand, there are other decent coffee places out there. But the reason I keep returning to Starbucks isn’t so much for the coffee, but rather the staff. For me the staff is what really makes this location shine. They seem genuinely happy to be there, and sincerely glad to see you walk through their door. It’s nice to have someone recognize you, and even call you by your first name. The coffee is good at any Starbucks I’ve visited, but for whatever reason it tastes better at MY Starbucks. Sometimes it’s more about the sizzle, and less about the steak – you know what I mean? I’ve made calls to Starbucks corporate to let them know how satisfied I am with this location. And if you ever get the survey request at the bottom of your receipt, Starbucks will give you a free drink for calling and completing the survey. Of course, you didn’t have to ask an Aldi-shopping, coupon-clipping cheap ass like myself twice. I was hot on the wire to complete the survey.(As thrifty as I am, I do make sure to tip every time.) If you register for the Starbucks Gold Card, every 15th drink is free. You also get discounts like free syrups(which can add up quickly), a free coffee drink of choice on your birthday, and special offers(and freebies) sent directly to you via email and regular US Mail.
