This hospital is an absolute joke. My dad has had AT LEAST 10 experiences where he was completely mistreated. He sits for hours with blood clots in his legs and lungs without any one coming in to check up on him, even when his heart monitor is beeping loudly for an hour. Today he was «discharged» at 4pm but wasn’t released for another hour after already sitting for 4 hours where they sent him with a pain pill and nothing for his extremely swollen leg. Months ago when he had a stroke the security told us we weren’t allowed in to see him even though he was, yet again, just sitting in the bed not being seen by someone. Then when he was admitted that time, it took them 7 HOURS to get him up to a freezing room all the while not giving him any food even though he’s diabetes.
This place is horrid and I will NEVER go there again.

I had an emergency c-​section at this hospital 2÷9÷2005. The nurses were extremely rude and I had the worst experience ever. Would never recommend this place.

The staff in urgent care is border line insulting. I’m not sure if it’s because they are used to dealing with a certain demographic or what, but I was ready to gut punch someone. They move slow, and with no urgency whatsoever. I would never go here for an emergency again. I am definitely a healthcare snob, and I expect nothing but the best. If you need that in urgent care, bypass this place and go to Froedtert or an Aurora facility.
