Tried to go to the state fair. Wrong. One zillion cheeseheads trying to jam in. We u-turned and spotted the Q. Would rather eat here any day. Cheers.

If I could give ZERO stars, I would. There was a substantial amount of black particulate matter in our cups of water. We tried to show it to the cashier, but she was very aloof and apathetic about it. We asked for another cup, and we saw the same thing — a lot of black particulate matter — in our cup of water. We asked to see the manager, but she acted like she didn’t care, and she said«I’m sorry» but not in a sincere way, and made no effort to appease us. I was very concerned about ingesting something that could have potentially been dangerous. She finally came out to remove some slimy and very filthy looking parts from the soda/water dispenser. The experience left me extremely disappointed in the sanitation, quality, and customer service of Qdoba. Our food was tasty but not warm enough, as we had to wait a long time before veggies were ready. The veggies were also incredibly greasy. The beans were also very watery and I felt like I didn’t get enough veggies, as I did not get any meat or cheese in my bowl. At least the guacamole was fine.

This is the newest Qdoba in the area, and something just didn’t sit right. The food didn’t taste as fresh, and the service was definitely not as good as I’ve become accustomed to.

Hi new Qdoba closer to my house that I’m quite thrilled about. I love almost all your cousins except the one on Water St. So far, you seem more like your Water St cousin than your Prospect cousin. You were only born a couple of days ago, so I know you need a little time, but I have it on good authority that Qdoba sends in trainers to open new locations. So what in tarnation is happening here? There are 8 of you here and 12 people in line, but yet only 3 of you are doing anything. Sadly I apparently know more about your menu and how to make your menu(they do make it in front of you, after all) than you do. The food quality at any Qdoba is always tasty and consistent. It’s the preparation that I must take issue with. The burrito folding technique is specific, but not hard. If you do it wrong, you bust a seam on the burrito. This is serious business, I don’t eat a burrito to get queso all over my hands. That’s what nachos are for. Also, you use the fancy pizza tray to assemble the quesadilla, then transfer it to the grill, not assemble it on the grill. Also, the quesadilla should be browned slightly when you take it out. Please, when you’re ringing me up, do not ask me what kind of chicken I had. You only make one kind of chicken. This is not sarcasm. There is literally only one chicken recipe in the entire franchise organization. Also, if it looks like a quesadilla and smells like a quesadilla, and you have nothing else on your menu that resembles a quesadilla, it’s probably safe to assume it’s a quesadilla. Long story short, I have a special place in my heart for Qdoba and this is now the closest one to my house, so I will be back and probably often. I know they are new, and it will take a little time to get their legs under them, but I hope they get their act together soon.
