Pizza Hut

The food was a hour late, by the time they got to our hotel we were all sleeping and the food was ice cold. The pizza guy almost forgot to give us the rest of our food before he left and he didn’t even walk up to our hotel room. He had us come to the lobby. I really like Pizza Hut and this was just a very bad experience.

Awful. Called in order 35 min ahead and waited another 35 min in the store. Very disorganized and unprofessional. Will never go here again.

I’m writing an update for this Pizza Hut because I feel the quality has improved greatly. Recently, Pizza Huts around the country began offering new crust styles, sauce styles and sauce toppings. Their online deals (and coupon codes found with a quick google search) are still very good, a strength I mentioned in my previous review. I have since tried their pizza two more times and I definitely feel that it’s now a comparable dinner option in terms of quality and price.
As an aside, a couple weeks ago I dropped my wallet outside of this Pizza Hut and one of the delivery drivers found it, contacted me through fb and returned it to me intact!!! I am eternally grateful for this individual and it was the event that led to me giving Pizza Hut another chance. So I will add that the employees I’ve encountered (especially that driver) are very nice people.
P. S. The pretzel crust really does taste like a soft pretzel!

This place is completely amazing. Hands down best service I’ve gotten from a Pizza Hut so far. I got a large pizza and some wings. The pizza was amazing and the wings cooked just right,.
I can honestly say this will be my go to pizza place from now on. They’re delivery took thirty minutes and the driver was extremely polite.

Pizza Hut has always been my go to for chain pizza. I’ve long been a fan of the pan meat lovers, and rarely deviate from that. However, in the last couple years, the pizza at pizza hut has become very bland and almost bland. I still prefer it over the likes of Papa Johns and Dominos… but nothing about this pizza screams fresh to me.
As for this location, things went perfectly. I ordered online for a 4:30 pickup, showed up at 4:30 and walked out 2 minutes later with a pizza. I think I’ll go the pickup route from now on, as the last time I ordered for delivery it cost about $ 3 for the delivery plus tip… and took almost 90 minutes.

There was this one time that I/​we had a really bad hangover that lasted almost all day, so I/​we ordered Pizza Hut and I/​we ate it and it was totally a-​ok. Then I/​we watched some nature documentaries on Netflix and fell asleep on the couch.

I normally am not a fast food/​chain restaurant fan, buuuttt every once in a while I get a craving for some Pizza Hut. I have made the mistake and ordered from some other pizza chains in the area, but none are as good as this Pizza Hut. I strictly order the pan pizzas, the other crusts just don’t even compare. Also their crispy bone-​in wings are honestly some of my favorite wings.
Their food I would give 4 stars, especially in comparision to their competors, but minus .5 stars for them running out of the crispy wings on several occasions. Also the service/​delivery I would give 3 stars, they are usually very quick, but a couple times I have waited way too long. The people who take the orders over the phone are always friendly so plus .5 stars. Overall a solid 3.5 stars for this pizza chian.

ordered in middle december for my bday got the aaron rodgers big dinner box 20 for 2 medium pizza bread stix and wings was awesome its still just pizza hut but at least they dropped prices

The guy who answered the phone was awesome and friendly. Pizza was delivered quickly. The quality of the pizza was alright, but what do you expect for a $ 10 five topping pizza. Toppings were abundant, but there was no cheese to be found on the pizza. Overall, Classic Pizza Hut mediocrity at an affordable prize.

Well, apparently this place is open until 1am on Tuesdays, but unless you are buying a pizza then forget about it. We called asking for wings tonight about a half hour before closing when the person who answered the phone said that the wing grill was «closed» while the pizza oven was «open»… Dude… if you guys are going to be open then be open, don’t choose what you want to make or not make so you can get home when you want to. Don’t ever order from here if you want any kind of good or kind service, and anyone who says this place is better since the «GM got here» obviously has some kind of invested interest in this business. I’d rather order from Pizza Shuttle, Lisa’s, Domino’s, Topper’s, or any one of these places that actually serve what is on their menu from open to close (provided it is in stock and the «wing grill» is not closed…)

Great pizza. Pickup orders are normally ready in 15 mins. 10 dollars for a large is a good deal.

So, I wouldn’t normally give a rating for a typical fast food place, but I was so surprised by how good the food was that I have to.
Tonight my team had a team dinner and the coaches chose Pizza Hut to cater. I was pretty skeptical that the food was going to be good, especially for the fact that we had to feed 80+ people, but it was delicious.
I tried:
chicken alfredo (A+)
a piece of vegetable pizza (A)
baked mostaccioli (B)
a couple wings in hot sauce (B)
What really amazed me was just how amazing the chicken alfredo was. The sauce was light yet super flavorful and the chicken was tender. The rest of the food was good, but nothing I would pick over a real Italian restaurant. The chicken alfredo, however… well, Pizza Hut may have a slight edge. And that is exactly why I had to write this review.
