Based on the good reviews, and the hours they’re open, I stopped by at 5:00 on Saturday. I was able to walk in and sit down in a chair away. Ricardo gave me a cut and a really cute blowout. I’ve got wavy hair and having well cut layers is key — he did a really nice job — I’ve paid a lot more and not gotten as nice of a cut. I def recommend Ricardo. I’ll only give 4 stars because the salon has random looking furniture and a lot of empty cabinets needing help. Otherwise I like the laid back vibe, and the price was awesome.

I don’t speak Spanish. It does not matter. A majority of the staff and clients are off Hispanic origin. It’s a place where you are greeted by the owner and asked if you want an English or Spanish speaker to style your hair. I don’t speak Spanish, and i always request a Spanish speaker because the staff is that great!

Best place to go for hair that I have found to date. I’ve gone to snooty expensive salons all over the Milwaukee area and suburbs and no other place comes close to Paul Mitchell! They use great products and styling tools that have you leaving with silky, shiny hair. The colors are brighter, and they are not afraid to spend their time on you. Got cut, color, dye, highlights, lip wax for around $ 80!!! The wait times can be long at times if you show up late, but to be honest, it’s worth the wait! Great place to go for hair for men and women, really friendly staff :)
BTW brought my skeptical mother and little brother here… both loved the place and their hair!

I can’t honestly rate this place because the barber I made a 10 o’clock appt with let me sit there for an hour without showing up or answering phone calls from the owner. I will not be returning to this location. The only reason I gave one star is because the owner gave us a cappuccino and let us drink beer while we waited.
