Worst experience I ever had my nails looked like a child could have done them the guy kept blaming it on the powder when he obviously didn’t know how to do nails and that’s why they turned out so bad I’ve gotten my nails done hundreds of times and they never looked this bad. All my nails are cracked and uneven. Worst experience ever!

For a quick, walk-in, cheap, basic pedi this was a good option. I would agree that it’s not a place to relax — it’s a little loud, you feel a little rushed, and there’s always an up-sell. But the chairs were comfortable, it was pretty clean, the nail techs aren’t chatty and flat screen TVs keep you entertained. I wanted to get in and get out and not spend a ton so this was great. I especially liked the drying bar at the end — a large round table with inset dryers for your hands and feet. I hate waiting for polish to dry so this sped up the process. I was really happy with my pink OPI polish and the girl did an excellent job. I get pedicures pretty often and this one looked great.

Went there with my two sister in laws to get pedicures before a wedding and not only was it nowhere near relaxing, the nail tech tore my right heel up so badly that for the next week I could barely walk, I was cut beyond belief and my entire heel was raw, eventually this turned into an infected because of a lack of sterilization! I had to go to urgent care to get the pain to stop hurting. Not only did the nail tech KNOW she did it, but she proceeded to pour alchohol on it which was beyond painful. I called to request my money back after spending $ 55 on this absolute awful experience only for the manager to tell me that there’s nothing they can do. ABSOLUTELY terrible, never go here. Absolute worst experience and service I’ve ever had the displeasure of experiencing.

Awful, dirty, rude. Poor polish selection. Don’t go here!

I desperately needed a pedicure and I hate making appointments at nail salons so I stopped in here. The sign outside said pedicures were«$ 27» and that is what lead me me. That looked a good price, considering the place I was going to go later that evening charges $ 35, with no guaranty I would get in before they closed. Also, this place had the Visa/MasterCard logos so I knew they accepted cards and I did not have any cash on me. They had an okay selection of colors — there were so many different brands of polishes and they were not organized so the wall just looked hap-hazard. The place itself looked clean though and I wasn’t too worried. I had a very brief wait, only about 2 minutes — basically the time it took them to fill up the pedicure tub. My nail tech, Le, was soft spoken and did not talk much. Which is fine because I just wanted to relax. Unlike these other reviews I read, she did not charge me extra to remove the old polish — which is great because I went in with super chunky, extra thick OPI glitter polish from my last pedi two months ago. She had to soak my nails in acetone and then file the polish off. It took her probably 10 minutes just to get the old polish off. This was another reason why I need a pedi and did not want to just do one at home ;) Although I said Le was soft-spoken, like another reviewer mentioned, she is very pushy. And kind of hard to understand, and she seemed to not understand me either. I just wanted a basic pedi(which I thought included removal of callus) with maybe a cute design on my big toe, but all of a sudden I was getting a deluxe spa pedi because of the work I done on my feet to make them look girly again. As I mentioned earlier they were in bad condition and Le knew this, she even asked what I did for work because of how bad my nails and callus were. I guess I also agreed to the more expensive(correction, most expensive) service because I came in with that difficult-to-remove nail polish. She did do a good job although she was pretty rough; my feet needed it and I can tolerate it, but beware if you have sensitive toes. I did really like the cooling gel mask thing that was applied and it made my feet and legs feel a lot better after a long day of work. She did do a really pretty nail design on my toes, which I have gotten a lot of complements on. Then it came time to pay. Yes, you can use a card to pay for the service(I originally came in for a $ 27 pedi and was billed $ 45 because of the«upgrades») but you can only leave cash gratuity. There are no signs that say this, and I watched one girl duck out after signing her bill because she did not have any cash or anyone with her to lend her cash. I had to call my boyfriend(who was in the mall) to take my card and go to the mall ATM with an obnoxiously priced service fee so I could leave a tip. I would feel so guilty if I did not leave a tip, even though I felt it should have been included in my $ 45 bill… So I got a $ 20 bill, and ask her to break it for me. She came back with two $ 10. I had no choice but to leave one of the $ 10(a 22% tip!). I am happy with the end result but I did not like the pushiness and that I did not get change when I asked for it. I guess I would go here again if I was at the mall and needed just a quick and simple pedi and they were the cheapest. However, I would probably explore the services offered at the other nail salons in the mall before committing to anything…

I just got a mani/pedi here today and I enjoyed my services here. There were a few bumps during the service, but nothing major. My technician wasn’t particularly chatty, but I thought she did my nails pretty well — especially my fingernails, they look great! She was also very gentle when removing my cuticles. The only problem I had was when she starting talking about the more«personal» details of one of her coworker’s relationship. I wasn’t necessarily offended, but definitely caught off guard by that… If you are expecting to be pampered, this isn’t necessarily the place, but if you just want your nails done well and you don’t want it to take that long, this is a good place to go. Note: they DO charge extra to take off your nail polish, so if you want to avoid that charge, make sure you take it off before you go! While I do think that charge is pretty silly, it’s still a good thing to keep in mind before you go.

I can’t wear polish because I’m in the OR daily. I asked if they could do a mani w/out polish and if there was a price break. She kept saying no polish? So I opted for the pedi. It was so bad. $ 38 for a mani-pedi is seriously on the high side even in orange county California where I live part time.

Worst experience ever! I went in for a mani/pedi. During the pedicure I was continuously victim to Le’s hard sell. «You need eyebrow wax, you the callus remover, $ 5 more, $ 10 to take off nail polish, for you $ 7»(I am not making this up. She wanted to charge me to take my nail polish off — not acrylics. «You want design. I make cute for you». Not exactly a relaxing, pampering experience. When it came time for the manicure, there were still traces of my old polish on my nails, then she cut my cuticle in three places & it would not stop bleeding! I honestly think she was mad because I didn’t take her up on her upsells. I left bleeding with every fingernail a different length. Also scary was the tray of nail tools. There were bits of fingernails(not mine) in the clippers. Makes me wonder how clean were the cuticle snips she cut me with were. When I told her it was unacceptable she got very nervous and said, «I fix for you». I think she was trying to make extra money on the side, because I can’t imagine a place charging for nail polish removal when you are getting a manicure. I said, «no way, I want to get out of here!» She gave me my money back for the mani(I had paid before the hack job). I lay awake all night wondering if I was infected from the cuts. This place might seem convenient or a good deal, but believe me– it is NOT worth it.
