I took a rug in for a cleaning. It’s not an expensive Persian carpet, but I like it, and it is wool. It took about a week to get the carpet back, and I was SHOCKED when I unrolled it — it has NEVER LOOKED BETTER! I’ll definitely return to Kashou for future rug and carpet needs.

By far the best place to buy rugs/​carpeting in town. Great selection and knowledgeable and friendly staff. We have dealt with them twice and both times had smooth and top quality installs. Highly recommended.

I’m downgrading this business one star. I went in a few MONTHS ago already looking for basement carpeting to match the wool carpeting Kashou installed on my second floor.
Jim was trying to get a price quote for me, and coordinate my needs with incoming orders to try to secure the best price. I got an initial call from Jim, which I returned. He was giving me an update, and would get back to me. Twice since, I’ve followed up. Nothing was resolved.
Now I’m looking at the calendar and gee, time sure does fly. It seems like this place just doesn’t want my business.
I’ll go to Best Carpet on Hwy. 100, and see if they can get the same carpet for me. I’ve always had great luck with Best in the past, and the prices were fantastic.
Kashou, your concept and product are great. But your ultimate consideration for your customer SUCKS.
