Jimmy John’s

I went in on a Sunday at 7:00pm. Cashier was rude to me. One of the workers splashed me with mayo. I was appalled. I sent a message through the website. The manager did apologize and lectured me on their training practices. He even asked if I would come in and be a secret shopper. I was glad he understood. He said he would call back but never did. He never followed through with his promise. No wonder the employees are so rude they have poor leadership. I will never set foot in this jimmy john’s again. I have warned everyone I know.

Ordered a sandwich for delivery today while at work. Delivery time was excellent, but I am pretty sure that the employees had a contest to see how much lettuce they could fit on my sub (there was more lettuce than there should ever be on a sandwich, had to take ¾ of it off just to eat it) and the bread was as hard as a rock. Sandwich tasted terrible and I couldn’t force myself to eat more than half of it.

Women who made my sub/​checked me out was not very friendly. She didn’t smile or thank me. I had to ask for the receipt. My sub was Delish as always! The bathrooms were super clean. Smelled like bleach (which I’d prefer than any other smell).

FREAKY FAST, FREAKY GOOD!!! LOL, this place litter ally freaked me out. I ate for the first time at JJ last week, and I left laughing. I walked in, and was looking at the menu, I asked the kid behind the counter what he recommended, in a very hurried voice he said #9 combo (I look around and see no one else standing by me). I say «OK» that sounds good, he yells to the 4 people making subs, «9», and within 15 seconds, I see a wrapped sub flying across the back area which this kid caught with one hand. He rang me up going 90mph and I was out of there. I think from the time I parked my car to the time I was eating my sub in my car, was maybe 5 minutes. I was impressed!!!
I thought the sub was very good, it was an Italian sub with peppers, it was flavorful and left me wanting to go back for another one. I will know that if I am ever hungry and in a hurry and want to be entertained, I am going to JJ.

i suggest the plain turkey its 3.25 carry out or 4.25 for delivery. also get jimmy chips there the bomb for 1.25

I love Jimmy Johns. Used to go to the Tosa location and then they closed and when they opened this one I think I was one of the first people there. «Subs so fast you’ll freak» is right. Super quick service and the staff is really nice. Store is always clean and it’s always busy so they must be doing something right. I have to admit I do not go as often as I used to, but still enjoy it when I do get there. Lots of fresh ingredients and you can customize too. GREAT!

My favorite is #6 no sprouts, pepped up. My only complaint is that I love adding the peppers, but I always get one or two peppers that are the stem pieces… yuck! I try to look before I bite, but I wish they would just not put them on my sandwich. Who likes the stem pieces anyway?
