Food is fine, but they raised their delivery charge and it’s outrages, 2 sandwiches and a bag of chip is $ 12.82 after tax and delivery $ 16.75. That’s nuts. I have just placed my last order. Guess where the fee is coming from, drivers tip of course. I hop the driver is getting that fee otherwise they are just screwing their drivers by charging this.

Smells are free! The sandwiches are not. But, they are pretty darnn reasonable. I’ve been a fan of Jimmy John’s since I tried it for the first time 8 years ago. The bread, meats, and veggies are far superior to those of Subway, Cousin’s, etc. The Italian Night Club & Club Lulu are my favorites. This place is definitely worth checking out if you want to experience the fastest sandwich making ever. Or, if you want to grab a quick, cheap & filling sandwich The line can look pretty daunting around lunch time. But, it moves fast.

They can never find my house (2mi away). It’s annoying and embarrassing to have a delivery driver escorted to your address by a village police officer.

It’s the little things, Jimmy John’s, the little things…
–Asked for a sub cut in half, the cashier says cut the sub in half. Sub was not cut in half.
–Ordered a combo, cashier didn’t give me a cup.
–Have to order a specific variety of potato chips instead of just grabbing any kind on the way out.
–Soda fountain doesn’t have a garbage near it.
–Napkins are nowhere to be found.
