They are always friendly at this store. One employee in particular (short girl with glasses) is very outgoing and chatty.

Stopped in today on the job and met a delightful young man named Artemis. He is a light-​hearted character who has his priorities straight. Tip o’ my hat to him!

The only issues with this store are the look & feel of it, neither of which take much away from a visit to the store. As for the ‘look’, I think all Game Stops can use a remodel. Regarding the ‘feel’, there are bars on the door and you hear a recording as you walk in telling you the store’s under 24-​hour surveillance, so that’s a little creepy.
That said, I’ve never met an unfriendly employee at this Game Stop in my many visits over the past 5 years. Staff is knowledgable, helpful and personable. Customers are fine. If there’s a ‘bad element’ coming to this store, I’ve yet to witness it. I’ve been to this store during the day, evening, and even a midnight pickup of a hot new Xbox 360 release. I was actually a little worried about that one because I expected a line and a hyped crowd (and a 6 ft tall white woman sticks out a little in those type of situations) but when I arrived at midnight, I was the only one in the store besides 2 employees.
Some of the stores in this area do scare me at certain times of the day (like the Family Dollar up the block and Dollar General across the street), but most, like this store, the Target next door, and the Half Price Books across the road are fine. This Game Stop has great employees, great service and they almost always have what I’m looking for.
