Yeah, like others have said, it’s unfortunate that this DD sits in between 2 bus stops and is next door to a convenience store and a liquor store. If you catch the place RIGHT after the buses have picked up, it’s indistinguishable from other DDs, catch that cycle wrong, and the loitering can make it sketchy and uncomfortable. The food/service is hit or miss depending on the time of day(and probably the staff’s interactions with non-customers). The coffee has been consistent though. I frequent the place and will continue to do so without concern.

So even though the immediate area they’re located in might seem ghetto, the coffee is always great. I’ve gone to other DD’s where the coffee can be hit or miss, but never here. The employees may not always be the friendliest, but they’re not rude either. They just go about their business and get you in and out rather promptly. I prefer this DD’s to the other one on Wisconsin bc the coffee is usually better, parking is more ample, and it’s also 24 hrs which is a huge plus to me.

A homeless shelter disguised as a Dunkin Donuts. It’s also worth mentioning that they do not participate in any of DD’s national promotions, and they will get angry with you if you ask about them.

Holy crap is this place rockin’ on a Friday morning! I stopped in before heading to the Courthouse for work(it’s a convenient two blocks away), and the line was halfway to the door the entire time I was there. That being said, the line moved pretty quickly and I only waited about 5 minutes to order. The service was quick(I had two different people ask if I had been helped), and the food was good(cheddar twist and coffee… mmmm). It’s near downtown so parking is a crap shoot. Also because of the location, there’s a sign that warns patrons they can only sit for 20 minutes. All in all a decent DD experience.

So I’m waiting for the Badger bus and its 5 am I’m a hour early for my bus. I walk into Dunkin Donuts and ask if I may wait for my bus inside the building its pretty chilly outside mind you, and the store owner wouldn’t even let me sit down to do homework. Very unfriendly. Also in the winter time the ceiling leaks water down on the cash register and its pretty unsavory when your watching the drip barley miss your uncovered coffee. I like my coffee black hold the ceiling water please.

Not only did I have to wait for the cashier to finish talking to her coworker who wasn’t even working that day I got a completely incorrect drink. I ordered a coffee with a shot of espresso, a shot of hazelnut, and half and half. I get to my car and I’m on my way to work and my coffee is just that coffee. Incompetence at its finest.

They need a bigger sign out front, because I would never have spotted this place other than when I went for a walk from the hotel. It’s a proper DD with all the donuts, bagels, flatbreads and coffee so we got a dozen to take to the office as a parting gift at the end of the project.

Oh Dunkin’ Donuts. I love you so much, but this location was a little bit of a fail. Everytime I travel outside of California, I make it a point to search for a Dunkin’ Donuts shop since there are none in Los Angeles. I was VERY excited to find a Dunkin’ Donuts within walking distance from my hotel. I always order the same donut – Chocolate Kreme Filled. The lady at the register was very friendly and tried to sell me everything else on the menu. I was so so so excited to enjoy the donuts. It brings me back to my childhood. Unfortunately, my donut was hard and tasted like it had been sitting out for a week. I bought two donuts, but only had one. I was so bummed, I didn’t want to eat the other one. I’ll still give you 3 stars for convenience and service. But I wish the donuts were more fresh. Womp womp.

Pretty chill spot. I love Dunkin Donuts in general, and I’m crazy bummed that we don’t have any out on the West Coast. On our recent Midwest adventure, I knew we HAD to stop by Dunkin Donuts. This location is pretty cool… we couldn’t figure out how to get into the parking lot, but there were a lot of metered parking spots near by. The ladies at the counter were very friendly and quick to serve. She gave us suggestions on what to eat and what not as well. We ended up getting a breakfast sandwich/hashbrown/coffee and split a 6 pack of donuts… Yummm carb overload! I will always dream of Dunkin Donuts… awesome.

Am from out of town, there are no DD. From where I grew up there were, but last time I visited Home they didn’t sell coconut donuts. Here they have my fav: coconut donut, chocolate glazed. For both $ 1.78.

Clean place, great donuts, and friendly service. The downfall is that parking is tough to find on the weekdays. The sandwiches are better than you would expect from a donut shop! Highly recommend!

Allow me to paraphrase Denis Leary…“you take the donut, dunk it in the coffee, hence the title of the place… DUNKINNNN’ DONUTS!” Moving on, 3 stars is about what you can expect for a donut chain. It is not the best in the world, but this location is nice for two reasons: 1) proximity to my work(when I just need that ultra-super-sweetened java and don’t want the free coffee at work) 2) the service — the ladies who run the place are great and seem to know the regulars by name and/or order. I’m good with one coffee + two donuts, perhaps you’ll want more(or less)? Quick in and out and you’re on your way… I’ll only take mine to go. Two visits ago(way back in August), I grabbed coffee to go with some colleagues and we were treated to the delicious sound of someone losing their lunch(donuts?)…just outside the restrooms… hey, I guess they couldn’t make it. Regardless, staff were quick to jump on that and I assume they quickly cleaned the mess… I didn’t stick around to find out. Never know what/who you’re going to find or see at this place. It’s good for about 3 visits a year… if you get there early enough the donuts are more fresh. Note: this is not the location to go if you plan on driving… it’s directly west of downtown construction and kind of a pain… however, if you’re walking or biking, donut on, good buddy!

I was quite excited when DD came back to the area, I love their coffee and the occasional donut. The reason I only gave it three stars is because the service is not friendly nor accurate… I asked for a carmel coffee and I recieved no flavor and when I asked them to correct it they acted like it was such a trouble.

THANKFULLYTHISPLACEGETSCLEANERASYOUWALKTOTHECOUNTER. The outside entrance and the first twenty feet of this Dunkin Donuts is very dirty, like bus stop dirty. The counter area and visible operations behind the counter look clean. I ordered a small regular coffee and vanilla long john(my new self anointed nickname). The service was disjointed. My order got passed off from the original cashier to some dude who walked up from the back. Their coffee is okay when other options are available.

I won’t lie, I was very impressed. I mean, it’s Dunkin Donuts, a donut chain, we all know what to expect. BUT. The service was so friendly, all the employees greeting me and giving me samples of coffee because I didn’t know what to get. The dining area was very clean, not too busy, and although it’s sort of in an almost-bad area, it’s definitely worth a stop.

I have been in here a few times as I work a few blocks away. I take my coffee, coolata or donuts to go all the time so I must avoid their poor cleaning. The cashiers are hard to hear and imo they needed to space them out a bit more. I have found everything I’ve eaten or drank from dunkin enjoyable but its definitely not in my regular rotation. I think of it more as a special treat as I am sure those donuts are NOT healthly.

Have you ever noticed the tables are always dirty at every Dunkin Donuts you’ve ever been to? I think it’s some sort of company policy… oh, hi Starbucks, didn’t see you there. Aside from crumb-laden tables, this DD is pretty decent. I like their day crew. It’s always the same group of ladies who seem to know their regulars by name. They’re fast, friendly and efficient, just what you want in a donut shop.

It’s just Dunkin Donuts. Go early, if you go, otherwise the donuts aren’t very fresh, if they have that many at all. Same for the bagels. Early is best, or just take a pass. I still think they carry one of the best mass-produced coffees out there, but they usually add too much sugar, if you take it that way, and don’t stir it too much either. I had these all around me when I lived in NY, so it’s a bit of a nice treat to have here.
