I ordered some guitar tuners for a project guitar on December 17th. As of December 26th I heard nothing. No shipping notice, tracking number, nothing. I emailed them two days ago and today they said in an email. «the problem has been solved, Scott is looking into it». It’s not solved to me. Where are my tuners? I would have been better off ordering from Amazon, or Musicians friend. Don’t buy from these idiots.

ONLINEBUYERSBEWARE!!! I ordered a Koa Dean Performer Acoustic-Electric Guitar and the Case for the Dean Performer Series guitars on November 26th2015 as a Christmas gift for my girlfriend — I figured ordering 30 days in advance of Christmas would be the«smart» thing to do… I received the guitar on December 7th but no case… I emailed«Scott» right away to inquire about the missing case. He told me the«warehouse»(they’re in WI but the items«shipped» from Tampa, FL) didn’t put the guitar in the case and just shipped it and the case would ship today(Dec 7th). On the 18th I emailed about the case and was told«It looks like the warehouse sent the case to the wrong person. They are sending out a new one today and I will get you the tracking number and give it to you so you can be updated with its tracking.» I emailed Scott on the 21st and asked if there’s any updates on the tracking number… No replies at all. As of today the 23rd of December my account doesn’t reflect ANYTHING — No new items, no tracking number, nothing! It’s obvious I’ll be telling my girlfriend on Christmas morning that the case I ordered a MONTH ago is «on its way»… That’s some pretty sorry **s Customer Service if you ask me and I will NEVER do buisness with Beyond Eleven EVER again. After seeing all the negative reviews from ONLINE customers I’m considering contacting the Better Business Bureau in Milwaukee, WI and the Consumer Protection Agency. They have NO business taking online orders. NONE! BeyondEleven means beyond eleven days! … and don’t even BOTHER trying to get someone on the phone — Check their store hours — They’re store is closed like Sunday through Thursday… Huh?

Absolutely THEWORST and MOSTINCOMPETENT company I have ever dealt with in my entire life. The only reason I offer one star is because zero is not an option. I ordered a gig bag for an Eden bass head in February. After two months, it hadn’t shown up, so I called to find out why. Neither an explanation nor an apology was offered to me, just the promise that it would go out the following Monday. Another month goes by and it still doesn’t show up. I call again, and again no one can explain why it was never shipped, although the customer service rep assures me that it is indeed in stock. Then why didn’t someone get it off the shelf and put it in a box and send it to me? Is it really that difficult? By this point I was tired of waiting for it, so I cancelled the order. Unfortunately, this was not the end of the ordeal. After two more weeks, I still had not received a refund. I call again and ask why, but again no explanation or apology for the mistake is offered. It is now August 7, and after six months I still have not gotten my money back. I can only assume that they think they are just going to keep it and hope I’ll give up trying to get it back. Unreal.

In November 2011, I purchased an «In-Stock» Schecter 8-String guitar for my husband for Christmas. I bought it @ Beyond Eleven because it was the cheapest price online with FREE shipping. GREAT find, right? Just after the Thanksgiving holiday weekend, I received a call from«Al» @ customer service indicating they were ‘back-ordered” and expected the guitar to be shipped by Jan 2012. I talked with my husband about his ‘gift’ and he agreed it would be okay to wait one more week after the holidays for it to arrive. On Christmas day, he received a printed paper from me with a picture of the guitar I had bought for him. In mid-January, I began to call and ask for a better ETA for the guitar, and I got horrible responses. «Al» didn’t seem to know any time frame, and would place me on hold for several minutes only to tell me he still didn’t know when they would be getting the guitar back in stock. I decided to hang in there. «Al» even encouraged me to buy the guitar elsewhere(NAMM show in January), but I had already bought it… and got the deal I wanted. They needed to produce my guitar! In February 2012, I still hadn’t received word on a ship date for the guitar, and«Al» offered a discount on another(more expensive by a few hundred dollars) 8 –string guitar. Seeing as there STILL was no eta on the ORIGINAL guitar I bought, and a sad husband with no xmas present after Valentine’s day… I just agreed to buy the more expensive guitar so I could stop dealing with such an incompetent business, and my husband could have a gift, finally. I was charged on my DEBIT card #(given in Nov 2011) on 2÷23÷2012. We got the guitar in the mail by the end of February and was happy to be DONE with Beyond Eleven. HOWEVER, today(6÷22÷12) the saga continued. I have NEVER used my debit card for any other transactions, as it had just been issued in Oct 2011. I use my credit card for all online transactions, but this purchase was over my credit card limit, so it’s the ONE and ONLY time I have ever used my DEBIT card. AND… I have mystery charges now showing up. My bank called me to inform me my debit card was used in CO or TN and an attempt to buy a flight to Mexico for over $ 700 was appearing. NOW, I am NOT one to accuse… but seeing there is NO rational explanation for the fraud… and my banking history clearly shows Beyond Eleven was the ONLY authorized business to have my #, you don’t have to be an idiot to put it together. Either the employees leaked my number, or sold it to someone, or used it. EITHER way… RUN as FAST as you can away from this company. Pay the extra $ 50 to buy your guitar and equipment elsewhere. It’s NOT worth the hassles to save a few bucks!!! UGHHHH :(

When I was packing for my recent relocation to Oak Creek, I decided to bring my guitars in for new strings and an annual check-up. I found Beyond Eleven on Google and was completely unfamiliar with the store prior. I’ve dealt with a super cool guy named Tyler every visit I’ve made here. He never smothers me with pushy sales tactics, but always acknowledges that he’s there to assist if needed. I was really pleased with the work done on my guitar and decided to return to Beyond Eleven after everything was unpacked and the dust started to settle. It’s not every day that you stumble upon a shop whose prices are lower than some of the larger entities like Guitar Center and Musicians Friend, so I felt obligated to write a review. Service is always spectacular. Prices better than I’ve found elsewhere. Found myself leaving with a new guitar yesterday as a result. Good work, Tyler!

I was fortunate enough to have been invited in to take a look around at what Beyond Eleven had set up so far with regard to 7 string guitars. The manager I met, I believe his name is Scott, was extremely nice, very helpful, and very knowledgeable. From what they had set up, it looks like this store will be really awesome. Definitely a heaven for metalheads, but I’m sure it’ll cater quite well to those of other schools as well. I got a killer deal on a 7 string Shecter and case, and from the great experience I had with the service and the overall great layout and selection, I can definitely see myself coming back here once they officially open for business to the locals(their website has been doing online sales for awhile now)
