The director of this business could not have been nicer or more accommodating over the phone and in person during the quote portion of the process, and then it all went south. They did not complete the job and charged more than the original given quote (over a thousand dollars more). When we tried to have a conversation with him about the things promised and not delivered, he was defensive and belligerent. They also took several items without asking if it was ok, including a dresser drawer full of old family photos. All gone. Do not hire these people, they will unapologetically rip you off, and smile while doing it.
