I’m not sure what the 2 negative reviews are all about…(Seriously, your DOB? I can find it in 2 seconds on the Internet. Welcome to 2015.) This is exactly what Parker YMCA was built for. Much like the«express» Princeton Clubs, its a YMCA in its limited capacity and beautifully done. Customer Service was great, awesome range of classes in spacious mirrored rooms and unexpected Kids Club offering a comfortable lounge tailored to welcome a kid to what is obviously made for them. Thank you Parker!

We let our Y membership lapse after about 20 years. We held on to it for longer because they were building the new Y and I was told there were going to be more kid friendly stuff. We were going to the Janesville Y for, I think it was called«Kid Fit»??? I asked if something like that was going to be made available at the Milton Y and was told there wasn’t room for anything like that but once the new Y came to Milton… Pffft. We held onto it for a while longer — one of the kids took the indoor soccer and I asked again about kid programs(there is more to life than soccer) I was pointed to a bunch of brochures and the kids were all excited. Everything interesting was in Janesville. When I asked, I was told there wasn’t room for those things at the Milton Y.

I received awful customer service here. If a family is paying for membership every month, the least their staff can do is treat the customers with some respect and courtesy. I also was told that I MUST put my DOB(date of birth) down for them to put into their system because it was their«policy». After explaining that I do not give out my DOB the rude man at the counter gave me a very dirty look with attitude and preceded to tell me that I do not know what I am talking about and needed to put my DOB anyways. Will DEFINITELY be canceling my family membership.
