It’s the 2nd time in 7 days that the patient is waiting 1+ hour for a regularly scheduled ride.

WORSE transportation service ever! Avoid using them.
UBF: They are often late to pickup, late in dropping off (so no longer use them for drop off); they have used these late excuses: Flat tires (3 times); forgot to pickup at least 6 times (called their call center and they said my mother was not on their schedule, when clearly she was not a new patient, I had to rush driving my mother to the facility) & traffic. Who ever is doing the scheduling, driving, are poor planners and very disorganized. There should not be any excuses as they are providing a «Service». We are switching transportation service. They really should change their business name if they can’t provide and deliver the Service.

Very unsafe drivers. I was riding my bike in a bike lane when a white van, at full throttle, entered the bike lane in an attempt to hit or intimidate me. He ended up missing me by six feet, so I could easily see «UBF transport» on the side (van #12). Not sure what I did to provoke the driver. I was in my own BIKE LANE, stopping at the same lights as the rest if the drivers in traffic. I was very surprised to find out what UBF was. So if you want crazed, road raged drivers to shuttle you and you loved ones around, this is the place.

We used UBF after two disappointing tries with another transportation company. My father was in a nursing facility and needed transportation to and from his dialysis appointments. From the moment that I called UBF to arrange the transportation, I was pleased with their service. Their booking secretary was friendly and efficient. Their prices were better than the other company. We only needed them for two round-​trip runs, but each time the van showed up on time (a few minutes early) and treated my father very well. My father reported that the drivers were safe and followed the speed limit and other traffic laws. We were very pleased with UBF and will use them again in the future.

Extremely unsafe drivers. Crossing four lanes of traffic at once, cutting off other vehicles, failing to plan a route.
It was on Capitol Expressway and Tully. I was scared.
Go with paratransit, these folks are dangerous.
