It’s so convenient that every time I stop by this Starbucks during my lunch break from work, that it’s not too busy. Staff is extremely friendly and they make their drinks quick and tasty – love it!

Just picked up an iced coffee before my work out. These employees have such patience I just witnessed a grumpy older man basically berate them for no reason and call them names for basically trying to help him and do all they could. They kept a positive attitude and handled the situation well. Anyway, my drink is on point when ever I get coffee here and the staff is always friendly. Kudos!

Three stars for A Ok. STAFF: Cashier said she’ll be right with me and walked away with a cup and asked what drink do I want without making eye contact with me or even looking in my direction so I didn’t know she was talking to me or her co worker nearby or who else. The cashier seemed to rush me too because I ordered my drink then she gave me my total but I wasn’t done ordering. I ordered a pastry and she gave me my total again. But I wasn’t done ordering! I ordered a second pastry, and she gave me my total. Usually they should ask, «will that be all?» Before giving the total amount. ITEMS: Nothing wrong with the pastries I ordered. Warmed up. Nothing wrong with my iced tea either. So A OK for those. OVERALL: Not my favorite service but it was OK. Located next to Noah’s bagels if you want diff breakfast lunch type food. Parking lot in front is small but there’s more parking by the bank across the way.

I ordered a mocha and the service was pretty fast. The staff are very friendly and kind in helping me to choose my favorite coffee. Prices was inexpensive and lot of different flavors I would like to visit again also they have a drive through also so that it very easy to take coffee faster.

This is one of the many Starbucks location in Milpitas. Good drinks and good service. However, this is one of two worse Starbucks located in Milpitas. For this location that is located in the civic center area, the bad thing about this location is that a few of the patrons ignored the sign easily displayed on the side of the entrance which says that Starbucks is a smoke free establishment. Nothing has been done by the store management. And this is even after I have sent a feedback to their headquarters in Seattle. Obviously the management of this store don’t care about all customers as it is the second time that I have observed patrons smoking outside the front of the store. Besides the city has a smoking policy, which is also ignored. I will go to the other locations such as the one closest to my house and/or the one next to Taco Bell and Firestone.

Just a typical Starbucks location. The people working here were a little loud with some of the customers(their friends) walking in to the store. I was trying to get work done and all their cheering and whatnot got in the way. This particular location didn’t have the most space when it came to having some space to work, but after a while I did decide on working outdoors. At my visit, I ordered a java chip frappé, and I have to say I have had much better drinks in the past. All in all, this was a decent Starbucks location at best. If you’re looking for real good coffee or a good place to work, you should go elsewhere.

I’ve been coming here since it opened. They’ve always done my order right, and I never had any issues with drinks or employees. My parents also visit this location pretty much on the daily… if you see someone walking a little corgi-mutt in the vicinity, it’s most likely me!

Drinks are good, service is good, but what the fuck it is not acceptable for the inside of this starbucks to be over 9000 degrees hotter than outside. And stuffier. I’m literally watching people fan their faces in here. And I’m holding my iced coffee to my forehead just so I don’t melt. TOTHEMANAGER — CHANGETHISNOW

This Starbucks is the place to go very knowledgeable staff and kind hearted. I want to send a special thanks to Danielle Callahan for teaching me the way I «should» order my drink ;) she made my day and I truly appreciate it. When you go in there say hello to her. So happy that I live right next to this Starbucks. Most Starbucks locations are very methodical and only out to swipe your card quickly so it’s refreshing to get excellent customer service from Danielle. So I say thank you to her and to Starbucks for hiring her.

I go to this one a lot. I like that they are always cleaning in their down time, and always clean the bathroom so it is always immaculate. I just feel a little I don’t know, weird? The baristas are maybe high schoolers or maybe really young adults? Because a couple girls talk soooo loud about stuff like their dates their going on or *spoilers to movies they saw at midnight the night before* as if no one else is in the building. It’s not a huge deal, but try to sit away from the stand if you don’t wanna hear loud cackling laugher and OMG’s every 2 seconds.

I’ve been coming to this Starbucks since they opened. I always and greeted by a happy face. When I walk in through the doors, the baristas know what my drink is… a grande flat white. BUZZ!!!

Worst customer service ever. At one point there was no workers in the stand. Plan your staffing better rather than having the new guy work by himself! Idiots

We went there to get dopio expresso. The service was really bad. The people who work there have bad attitudes. They should not be working in service area. One of the employees told me not to use too much milk. They only allow customers to have 60ml(2 ounces) of milk !!! I have been drinking Starbucks for the pass 15 years, never heard of any restrictions on the quantity of milk we customers allowed to use. I would never come to this starbucks again

This place can get really busy at times. So, be patient, since they normally get the drinks out fairly quickly. They also apologize when the line gets to be kind of long, which I think is a nice touch. The staff are friendly and so far they haven’t messed-up on my drink.

For some reason the service today was terrible. The service was bad, the place dirty, the cups fell appart, they overload the beans in the machine… lazy, unattractive, rude manager ion shift made this starbucks a 1 out of 5. But normally, it is great place to chill and hangout, just not today… or any day that this manager is on shift. Out of respect for my regular coffee stop, I won’t post her face. But it is not ok to keep this going.

Its Starbucks… everyone pretty much knows the drill about what you’re getting when you go there: 1. Usually a lot of people, with their phones, tablets and laptops; there is always those rare couple of ppl who’ve taken up major real estate with all their crap spread out. That’s okay, you’re the only one that exists in your world, so feel free to be obnoxious. 2. Staff who are still friendly even though they’ve dealt with a gazillion people, a lot of them completely rude and dismissive to the staff, some with varying thick accents that you can maybe make out a letter here and there(Those in the service industry know of which I speak.) It used to be yuppies that ordered the sixteen-word-description latte that used to be the bane of my existence when I go in there. Okay, they still are. Moving on… 3.The shelves full of minorly-to-majorly cool coffee stuff you peruse while waiting for your sixteen-word-descriptor latte. You think… if I only had a 10’x10’ pantry to keep all that in. but its the Bay Area, yeah, not likely to happen. 4.Its almost Autumn and that means one thing: seasonals! This means one… okay, it means two things: Pumpkin Spice Latte and Salted Caramel Mocha. As this is my fave location, they are better baristas than the one on Warm Springs/Mission, so I go here. The Salted Caramel Mocha I bought at that location a few days ago I could barely drink, far too much mix, way too sweet. This one is perfect. So yeah, its Starbucks… sellin’out to «the man» people might say… but in a pinch when I’m outta coffee prep stuff at home? Yeah, it will definitely fill the gap and you can’t find better staff than this location. They rock and do it right… or as well as can be done using Starbucks mixes etc.

I came here with my bicycle club for out rest stop. I ordered an Americano, but one of the other customers mistakenly took my drink. I explained my situation to the barista and she promptly made me another one. It’s a Starbucks and this location is consistent with their quality. Baristas are top notch!

Great as always! Starbucks is my only addiction. What I appreciated about coming here was their speed of service regardless of how packed they were that day.

Been coming here since I started working in Milpitas almost 4 years ago. You do get a very consistent drink and friendly staff. If there is a long line, the staff can move it fast and i am for it since I don’t want to be late for work.
