I thought the wait for a server and then food was too long for not being that busy. My new specialty burger was cooked at medium like ordered but the tray was drenched in grease which also had the garlic fries. Instead of getting the correct change my waitress brought me back the bill amount which was considerably less. Maybe an honest mistake but way too many choices in this area to go there again.

Red Robins is my favorite place to grab a bite and a drink. I highly recommend the Fish & Chips. Our visit was great, Olin our server was on point with the customer service. My usual Red Robins spot is in Campbell. But after trying out this spot at the Great Mall, I’ll be coming to this one more often. The Berry Blood Orange Margarita is a must whenever you visit any red robins.

Decent food. But worst service ever. This was my first time trying Red Robin, and it was a really big disappointment. We went in and a bunch of waitresses were present, but were too busy doing other things and made us stand there even when there was no line. Food takes forever to come out. Asking for water takes another long time. Expect to stay for a very long time if you come here.

We had to come to this location because the one by home closed down and we were craving some bottomless fries with the girls. Service was slow, and the hosts who was working if they had one didn’t even sit us. We stood there for about 10 – 15 mins and when nobody approached us we decide to sit ourselves in the bar area. Our server took forever to bring us our refills of fries and told us to our face that he just gave our fries to another table and was going to the back to get some fresh ones for us. I thought that was a bit odd that you straight up told us you forgot about your customers but we ate and left somewhat satisfied but not all the way. Don’t know if we will be back to this location but I still love Red Robin’s and their food.

Slow service, drinks were wrong, order was wrong, bill was wrong. At least the food was tasty.

I am updating my review, my recent visits have been good. I visited only during the dinner time and if you reach around 7, 7:15 pm you may get seated early and can expect a better service. I see servers trying hard and trying to keep up the pace. I am a fan of Burnin’Love and would love to go back again.

This place doesn’t even deserve 1 star POOR service. How is this place even open!!! After reading all the other reviews I was hesitant to come here but was too hungry to even care. Won’t make that mistake again. Red Robin you need to change!

We arrived around 630 on a semi full Friday night. We ordered two burgers, two drinks, and one appetizer. Drinks and appetizer arrived within several minutes food never came out for 40 minutes. In the same time I saw several new parties arrive, get seated, order and receive their food. Our server let us know that the kitchen had messed up the order and apparently messed it up several times. We paid for our drinks and appetizers and canceled the burgers at that point. Would not recommend to anyone and would never come back here again.

This place has the absolute worst service I’ve had. I’ve been to this location about five times and every time, service was never up to par. I understand when restaurants are busy, servers have a lot to do. What I don’t understand when there are guests dining, why is a server sitting, eating and chatting it up with friends, while on the clock, going back from checking tables and running food from the kitchen to the dining room?! Food is pretty standard, no matter which Red Robin’s I go to so I can’t complain there. However, I’m never coming back to this location.

I don’t even know how they have two and a half Stars. They should have only one star. I read from all the reviews that they are slow with their service but it seems they are also slow with their food. I I phoned in an order and they told me 15 to 20 minutes and it ended up being 40 minutes. I work in the mall so I had a 30 minute lunch I called ahead 15 minutes before my lunch and I ended up with only five minutes left on my lunch to eat! First of all, they did not apologize for making me wait excessively long. Secondly I ordered the guacamole bacon burger and it literally had no guacamole in it! I ordered it medium and it came out medium well. Probably because they took too long serving my food to me. I asked for a side of ranch and of course there was no side of ranch. The red robins at Eastridge is much more on their game. As a person who works right next door to them they could be having my business on the regular but I will never buy from them again. This was not the first time they were this slow with my food.

Door dash order for red robin. I ordered the pick two: chicken ceaser wrap and French onion soup. Requested to contact me if they did have it. Driver came and I got fries instead of soup! Wtf! The food ticket was in the bag and it showed they put fries and not a soup. Really??? On top of that., also ordered a smoke and pepper burger. Nothing smoke and pepper about it. Looks like a regular bacon burger. Should have gotten that instead. Paid $ 18.00 for it. Requested garlic fries for that burger and got steak fries with Parmesan on top! I paid $ 1.50 additional for some Damn garlic fries! I better get garlic fries. Waste. Didn’t like coming into this red robin to dine in and definitely not coming back after this door dash order. Horrible horrible horrible!

Our party of 5 came here on a Tuesday afternoon. Walked in and they said it would be a half hour wait. I looked around and saw that there were PLENTY of empty tables that could seat 5. Hostess responded«we don’t have enough staff to service those empty areas, but the bar area is open seating.» There were plenty of seats at the bar but they wouldn’t let us sit there because we had a 19-year old. WTF?! So you don’t have enough ppl to service us in the regular seats, but can service us at the bar area, but WAIT we can’t go there cuz we have a 19-year old. Couldn’t even make a stupid exception — we just want to eat burgers!!! So we left. NEVER. AGAIN.

Love this location. Love the Eastridge and Great mall location. I feel like the Great Mall has a more party upbeat vibe. Im sorry those of you who had a bad experience here during their peak hour time!

Surprised at the overall 2.5 rating for this place! Anyways, I sat in the bar area and service was great. We had two FRIENDLY servers check up on us constantly and made sure we always had bottomless fries and drinks filled up. I admit I was skeptical at first because two servers usually means they get orders and everything mixed up, but it went surprisingly smooth. I was more then happy to tip them more then the usual amount. As far as food goes? It’s Red Robin. Decent chain restaurant burger! Not the best, but $ 15 for decent sized burger, unlimited fries, and a soda… can’t go wrong! All Red Robins are a bit different and I felt that the bar area could have had bigger screens to watch sports. Also the«garlic» fries I had were basically just parmasean cheese and garlic seasoning sprinkled on my fries. It cost an extra $ 1 too! Not a bad choice if you are at Great Mall and don’t want to settle with food court goodies :) Final piece of Dirty Donovan Advice? Don’t get too carefree with the fry seasoning here… super high in sodium lol

Came here with a party of 10, and it was packed and busy. Our waitress was really nice and helpful. The onion rings was the best part of our meal! The black and bleu burger I ordered wasn’t too good as the ciabatta bun was super soggy, I asked for medium rare and it was practically well done, and their garlic fries was hardly garlicky. Overall it’s just okay, would much prefer In n Out!

Honestly don’t know why this place has bad ratings. Came here on a random day and there was no wait at all. We were seated almost immediately and served. Ordered the blue beau burger for like $ 10 with bottomless steak fries. It tasted like a typical burger that is better than mcdonald’s, nothing super special but I don’t feel like it deserves the 2 stars rating it has right now. The bottomless steak fries goes well with the red robin seasoning. Actually anything goes well with red robin seasoning… just spray that good good on the burger and splash some ketchup and you have yourself a meal. They have those small monitors on the tables so service you easier which I found pretty cool I suppose. Something that’s unique and different than other restaurants. Though I rarely crave burgers… red robins isn’t a bad spot to satisfy those rare occasions.

Not sure why this place has such terrible reviews. It could have been that I had just come at a good time. They weren’t busy and we were seated instantly. It did, however, take a while for a server to introduce themselves and then proceed to take our order. I only eat one thing here and that’s the banzai burger. I took out the tomatoes(I don’t like tomatoes, except at in n out) so basically what was left was the medium well patty, teriyaki sauce, a pineapple, mayo, and lettuce. I’m pretty basic when it comes to burgers. I never crave burgers, lemme tell you that — I usually only eat In-N-Out. Red Robin has pretty good burgers. You can choose how you want your meat cooked and most burgers come with unlimited steak fries. I switched those out for sweet potato fries. They got these fancy shmancy tablets on almost every table where you can just swipe your card on to pay. They have an adjustable tip bar on the screen, but the default is 20%, but you can change it. I thought using these tablets would eliminate the hassle of calling your waiter for the check, but they still gotta come over to set it up for you. I guess it just helps them attend to more guests. Wouldn’t go here unless someone really wanted to. Like I said, I don’t really like burgers. I’m not saying the ones here aren’t good though!

:(hate giving a place a bad review but waited almost an hour for a Togo order that only consisted of a milkshake and fries. And got bypassed twice by people who ordered after us. Tried to not give attitude to the waitress because it’s obviously not her fault. Maybe service is better when dining in

Haven’t been to a Red Robin’s in years so decided to give this one a shot since it’s so close to my place and I love burgers. Almost didn’t due to the low reviews, but reviews aren’t always going to cater to your wants. The name says gourmet burgers, but I wouldn’t go that far. The burgers are good, but a little overpriced for what you get. However, they do give you unlimited fries which was pretty neat. Unlimited fries? Yup. It happened. The biggest problem I had with this place was the actual wait time for the burger. Seemed like it took forever. Not sure what’s going on, but this is something you need to be on top of. Burgers don’t take this long to cook. Oh and they don’t have the option for medium rare burgers? Really? Catch up with the times folks. You’re a «gourmet» burger establishment. I’d give this place four stars, but I’m knocking it down a peg due to the wait time and no medium rare burgers.
