Pizzas were tasty and liked the service. This location just have to-​go.

This pizza hut sucks need to train them well i order tuscani family size they give me half tray and wait another hour to make this is suck!

I went to this location after looking on the pizza hut website. When I went to order they tried to tell me that they did not have a $ 5 menu like the website stated. Then he told me he only made $ 10 an hour. I was not sure what that had to do with it. I spoke with the manager who told me their $ 5 pizza was $ 7 at that location. Clearly a rip off and shady.

The worst pizza Hut Ever!!! Do Not Order from this store!!! Freaking slow and manager Pedro is super stupido !!!

Before watching the Super Bowl, I placed an order online for 3 pizzas — large and medium combo pizza and chicken pizza. The website said it would take 30 minutes. I arrived there about 25 minutes and the parking lot was very small so lucky I found once. The pizzas were already done early, which was good since I thought they would be very busy during the Super Bowl. After I paid, their machine to print my receipt ran out of tape, so I had to wait about 5 minutes.ughh. Ther service was just okay, but I experienced better.

Pizza is pizza. They always come out hot when I order and taste good. I always order online or through the app. If I want to make a change, I call their phone and they are always considerate to change my order easy. Thx

Ordered 20 min before pick up but when we arrived they haven’t start for the order yet.

So yummy. I always come here when I want a spicy pizza. I get their spicy jalapeño pizza or what ever it is call all the time. The price is also good for the amount of food you get. I cannot really say about the service but there is like no sitting for customers so I always order take out for me and my boyfriend. I will definitely come here again for their pizza.

This is my regular pizza place and off late this place has become sloppy with both making pizza and maintaining the quality.
Today was the worst and the review.
They missed the toppings and crust flavor I ordered and instead of apologizing they tried to trick me into believing that I forgot to add the topping.
When I showed the Internet receipt not only was he owner hellbent on trying to blame it on me but was rude and made me feel like I am at their mercy.
Though this place is absolute shit hole, I put up with it become I do understand that they have lots of orders. Today the place was empty and they still screwed up my order.

Sometimes they are fast, but recently the staff are very disorganized and rash in their tone of service. I came here today and they told me it would take 27 minutes to make a pizza which is reasonable, but then when I came back 30 minutes later they said 5 more minutes. What makes it even worse is that I came back once again and they said that it might take another 20 minutes.
That’s when it was getting ridiculous so I sat inside their small sitting area next to the door and waiting. Geez after waiting close to a hour for the pizza the front lady personally went to search for the order.
Long story short, she finds the pizza and explains that it was misplaced somewhere and the workers didn’t know about it… –Blah blah–
At that point I just want to get home, have some pizza and drink some soda.
(The pizza was cold)

Worst f*ckin service ever! I wanna put ZERO but Unilocal won’t let me. Anyone that picks up the phone at that location does not know wtf they’re doing. Employees and most likely the manager f*ckin sucks too.

This place will swindle you for their boneless wings. I ordered a box of boneless wings and a box of pasta and both were $ 9. When the food arrived, there were 8 tiny nuggets (with no sauce that I specifically ordered) and a huge box of pasta. You’re telling me that 8 little wings are the same price as a huge bowl of pasta and breadsticks? I called them and they agreed to send me another box, but then they called back and refused to do anything. Very poor customer service and very poor food quality. Save your money and eat somewhere else.

When I ordered my pizza I was told delivery time was between 45 – 60 minutes I had my pizza delivered in 25 minutes which was bit if an inconvenience at the time as I was balls deep in my wife.

This is pizza hut location, is a small location and only good for Takeouts. There is not seating. I picked up two pizzas and both of them were well made.
The person behind the counter was really friendly and quick to process the payment and hand me order.
Would definitely come back again.

Today 6÷16÷2015 I ordred for delivery for lunch at work. I placed my order at 11:01 am. I was told it will take 35 mins. I get a call 10 mins before they were suppose to be here. Saying that it will take another 20 mins. I asked if there was any compensation. Then they hung up on me. I called back 10 mins before 12pm and the guy showed up. The compensation that I was give was another liter of Dr. Pepper. WOW Really?! I will never order from them again nor will the company I work for. I paid full price and I still gave the drive a $ 5 tip. Felt bad for the guy it wasn’t his fault right?!
If Unilocal only had a no star rating for establishments like these. I would absolutely give them no stars.

Don’t know why I keep ordering from here when all I get here are disappointments. I guess cuz other Pizza Huts have yummy pizza and I give this place chance after chance but it always fail. The reason I am not happy with this particular location is because they always mess up on my order. I’ve ordered through the website and I’ve in person. One time the food was completely cold when I got home. How is that possible? It wasn’t event remotely warm. Disappointed. Another time I ordered honey wings and got buffalo wings instead. Another time I’d ordered pepperoni and sausage but got only pepperoni. *sigh* I give this place chance after chance but they’ve messed up my order one too many times. I’ve noticed a lot of the coupon codes on
are not accepted at this location. It’s pretty frustrating using the website to order cuz you take the time to pick everything you want and at the end your coupon code is not valid at this location. Pizza Hut is not my first choice when it comes to pizza but it ain’t the last either. I think when it comes to franchises my order of preferences are Round Table, Pizza Hut and lastly Dominos lol. Little Caesar ain’t bad either. What I do like about Pizza Hut are their stuffed cheesy crust. That is good. I think Pizza Hut pizza is too much bread. If I decide to order Pizza Hut ever again I would probably look into thin pizza with stuffed cheesy crust because the regular one just ain’t cutting it for me. Overall I refer to drive another 5 minute down to Round Tables to get pizza instead of coming here mainly because they messed up on my orders so many times and once served me cold pizza.

I used to order pizzas from this Pizza Hut since it’s close to my kid’s school, and I will have them deliver the pizzas to the school for a very reasonable $ 3 fee.
I usually order at least 8 large pizzas to feed a class. Trying to order online to take advantage of the online coupons is frustrating, because some have quantity limitations, and you have to click on the coupon to use the link and order… it’s fine when ordering 1 or 2 pizzas but frustrating when trying to order 8. So, I call in the morning to speak to a manager to order on the phone. The man I spoke to, who claimed to be the manager, was rude and not helpful. His message was do it on– line to use those coupons or order on the phone but can’t give any of the online offers.
I hung up, called Mountain Mike, spoke to someone who welcomed my business, and when I mentioned I was ordering for a school party, they offered me a discount and got the order done in 6 minutes.
It seems that PH updated the picture on their box and keep advertising fancier crusts and toppings, when frankly, just plain good sense and good customer service would get them more business.

WORST PIZZA HUT EVER! ***ZERO STARS***
We ordered at 7:40PM for Alfredo pasta and pizza.
We didn’t get our pizza until 8:05PM. We didn’t get our pasta until 8:30PM. ALMOST 1 HOUR SINCE WE ORDERED. They said they «forgot» about our order of pasta. When we got home and ate, we realized the Pizza Hut put ALFREDO sauce instead of tomato sauce for our pizza. This place is ridiculous. Unless you want to waste your time and get your order wrong multiple times, DONT COME HERE!

Very disappointing this store of the chain! Definitely not a hidden treasure!
1)The don’t honor any online coupons.
2)They can’t read an order which was taken from the Pizza Hut app.
3)The pizza at this pizza hut is very disappointing, as it looked like a bucket of grease spilled in it.
We through away 1 large pizza — 2 slices in which we ate because we were supper hungry. It was supposed to be our cheat day, yet we were very upset with the store and couldn’t force so much grease in our stomachs in one day!
Won’t be back to this store… ever. Ever. EVer. EVEr. EVER!!!

I am so disappointed. I love pizza hut, I loved everything about their pizza until my last visit there. My boyfriend and I decided to have pizza for dinner. we ordered half pepperoni and half mushroom, sausage and ham. we went to pick up the pizza and instead got half pepperoni and half pepperoni, sausage, and mushrooms. I grabbed the first slice and it felt soggy. now I know their pizzas are kind of greasy but this time it was EXTREMELY greasy. I ate two slices because I was hungry and I don’t like wasting food. after eating I felt sick, I think from all the grease. I don’t want to hate on pizza Hut but I’m afraid to give them another try. on top of all the grease, the pizza was super thin. I remember their pizzas were like pillows. what happened…
