Tried to return a go pro remote and was told that only the manager could do it. Unfortunately the manager was on vacation and would not be back til monday… we are on vacation and will be leaving. The next store is 50 miles from where we are… The remote is defective! !! We are asking for an exchange, NOT a refund! This is not customer service we at all!

O’ Neill products are incredibly overpriced and crap quality. A few years back I paid almost $ 100 for an O’neill Pyscho III backpack that fell apart within 3 weeks. Luckily they let me exchange it for another one. 3 weeks after that the bottom pocket fell out, and they gave me my money back. Did I learn my lesson? Nope. I continued to purchase cheap, crappy Chinese made O’neill products because in all honestly, I like your designs and the surfing in your ads so why not?. I’ve had t-​shirts from Old Navy that have lasted longer than the shirts from this place. I paid $ 22 for the supreme tee and the color faded after three washes. Stop fleesing people with your poor quality.

Came here on 8÷3÷15, s/​o to the nice ass girl that was super helpful and friendly even though we were in there half an hour before they closed!!! I don’t remember the last time I received that great of service in a retail store! To the manager: give her a raise! Lol
They also have a really good sale goin on, practically 50% off everything almost. Don’t know how long it’ll last till, but I definitely left as a very happy customer :)

Clothes are really comfy and worth the price.
Bought a shirt for work but had to return it because it wasnt up to my supervisors standards. Return was quick and simple and got store credit.
Came in today to buy some shirts with the store credit and even though I didnt know the exact amount on the card James (?) and his supervisor handled it well.

some really cute clothes for a great price. (basically 50% off everything). the staff is super friendly and helpful. i ended up with a lot more cute tanks etc than i would have gotten elsewhere for the same price.
