This is an update to my previous review. As i mentioned earlier, Jalpa, Nutriyoga’s instructor, does a fantastic job through teaching Yoga & also help in Weight loss /Weight management through Nutrition program. I took her yoga sessions thrice & felt greatly satisfied. Tried nutrition program too, more focussed on reducing my weight through a well balanced approach and not merely being starved. The results were pretty impressive and appreciable. I lost around 15 to 18 pounds overall & now look more fit than before. I learnt how to have balanced diet routine through this program & to keep my weight under control irrespective of the type of food i eat everyday. Of course, you’l learn the right trick to crack down how to have ice creams/pizzas/pastas by not having the fear of adding much pounds to your self. Although it’s been a month since i completed my diet program through Nutriyoga, I’m still following it and I could happily say that I’m able to maintain the same reduced weight till date. Good Nutrition is the key for a better & healthy lifestyle and one must do this reality check almost everyday to lead a peaceful life without worrying much about the risk of any chronic disease. I highly recommend Nutriyoga & hopefully to join back whenever i get time in the future.

Fortunately, I became a part of nutriyoga and I am proud, happy and staying more positive by practicing yoga. Have seen drastic improvements in over all health especially my blood pressure has dropped down to normal. Tried first free class along with my wife, made me to continue finish two complete ten sessions. Yoga sessions are usually versatile, you would feel energized by practicing different kinds of breathing exercise. Last but not least, humble, honest and true instructor — thanks jalpa.

I wanted to make myself fit and improve my eating habits. So i opted for joining yoga and nutrition under nutriyoga, jalpa. Jalpa is a very positive person and she encouraged me during the journey of weight loss. I had great results following her diet and my eating habits has totally improved great time. When comes to dieting, Jalpa opened a new world of diet. She personalizes our diet chart according to our food. She also adds new recipes to our diet. Guided and gave me a opportunity to cherish healthy and delicious foods which are very easy to prepare. Everytime i looked for my new diet chart enthusiastically to learn new healthy recipes. As Jalpa says this journey of staying fit is a life-time change and we are still trying stick to it.

Being an Indian, I always found the diet plans given by American nutritionists very monotonous and difficult to follow. But Jalpa understands our food and gave me a chart with ample options of Indian vegetarian food to choose from. Her tips not only helped me with weight management but also introduced a variety of new foods to my diet. She also gave me a scientific reasoning for everything I could and could not eat. That really helped me in balancing my portion size and undoing any binges: p. I have also attended many yoga sessions with her and have found her to be extremely patient and responsive. I have a back problem and she pushed me only to the extent where she knew I would get a good workout without aggravating my back. I am really glad to have met Jalpa. She is extremely friendly and supportive and understands how frustrating the weight loss journey can be for us women. She is always ready with encouraging words and warm smiles while gently nudging you towards a healthier lifestyle:)
