Very very bad experience. Stefan is the worst manager ever and probably why the store is closing. Good luck finding another job as a manager. You need to be retrained, not as a manager but as a salesperson. You lack common sense, customer service and worst of all, you are blatantly rude! You threatened to call security to remove me from the store and all I did was ask for an even exchange on what clearly was a defective product. Joe’s jeans should stand behind their products, whether purchased at Nordstrom or at the outlet! And managers like yourself, who clearly have the bandwidth to make exception, should exercise them. And never and I mean never, threaten to call security on a customer who’s just trying to exchange a defective product. Hope you learn a thing or two from this, or you’ll never last in retail!
