It’s convenient to have this one in the mall.
Customer service is nothing to elaborate on.
I like visiting their other spots in the plazas and strip malls. Nice to see them located there as well.

Don’t go there. The manager Lenny is a lier. I received an email from GNC and I went to this store to redeem the free gold card offer with a print out of the email. The manager first read the email and started working on the register, then told me I will have 20 percent off, do I buy anything? I told her no. THEN, SHE TOLD ME SHE CANNOT REDEEM THE OFFER AND START TO SAY SOMETHING NONE SENSE AS AN EXCUSE. For example, she pointed to a line «to unsubscribe, click here» and told me I should click and print it out… Such a lier! She does not even know what she is talking about. I explained to her what the email says, but she did not listen or read the email (I doubt if she can read English). Another thing I noticed is that she keeps speaking Chinese with a me after she found I am a Chinese, and she speaks in a rude tone.
I decided to file a complaint against her, so I told her I need her name to file a complaint. THIS LIER REFUSED TO GIVE HER NAME TO ME. I asked the other worker in the store and he told me she is LENNY. In the meantime, she called the mall cop… BECAUSE I AM ASKING HER NAME TO FILE A COMPLAINT AGAINST HER.
The mall cop brought me to customer service to file a complaint. I also did another with BBB. I will call GNC next Monday. I bought tons of products from GNC in the past. If GNC does not solve the issue, I will return all of them to her store.
In China, sales are always rude to customers who are not making a purchase or making a refund. They also pursuade people to buy what is expensive but they do not need. IF YOU WANT TO HAVE THE WORST SHOPPING EXPERIENCE WITHOUT ANY FLIGHT, DO NOT MISS THIS GNC STORE!

Customer service is pretty consistent– at least w/​me. The staff were friendly and not too pushy to get you to buy but I admit, I wouldn’t have known about sales and/​or promotions if they didn’t say anything.
I always get my Spirutein shake but I’ve switched over to the pre-​made drinks: Muscle Milk Light (chocolate): 100 cal, 2g of fat, no sugar… not exactly a meal replacement but this is a good supplement for late evening workouts since I prefer not to intake much prior to bed.
I was on a hunt for yummy and healthy not to mention low calorie and no/​low sugar but my search was deemed a failure. If a protein bar has more sugar than my Twix PB, I might as well eat a king size Twix PB plus a green tea Kit Kat candy bar.
Back to the review (haha),. service is why I marked this as 4 stars.

Avoid this place at all cost unless you like poor customer service and like being called a lair!
I bought NO explode last week. A new brand that they got since the own I normally use was out. I tried it and it tasted like I was drinking chalk so I wanted to exchange it bu the guy said «this product isnt this color» basically calling me a liar
We will see who the liar is when I have the manager open a new bottle infront of the person (Wii or We not sure the spelling of his name) so he can see what color the product is himself

Was checking out a few supplements and the assistant manager was really helpful in answering all my questions. He was knowledgeable about the different products and was able to answer all my questions. Now I’ve gotta do my own research and check w/​my trainer to see what I need to get.
Not sure how long it’ll last, but there were a lot of supplements on sale for a good price (lower than the discount you’d get w/​the GNC card), so if you’re thinking about getting something, jump in there soon.

I’m usually very happy when leaving this place, I get my stuff and go. I love their product and MOST of their employees.
Today was NOT a good day, I had left for my break to pick up a simple $ 20 item. As I was waiting in line the short chinese lady goes and practices her chinese with the customer before me that can’t speak a word of friggin english (Let me add that they were still trying to talk to eachother when I walked in, so it has been going back and forth now). So the cashier is trying to understand what she is saying slowly but surely, while I’m behind her getting even more pissed off, because all she had to do was ring me up and let me go, then go back to her cantonese/​mandarin lessons.
I wish I could have given them no stars but I guess one will suffice, seriously? With a franchise like that, you should at least have two employees working.
Also, to keep a customer waiting for over ten minutes is idiotic. AND I didn’t even get to pick up my supplements… GNC pick up your game.
