Dunkin’ Donuts

Love this dunks! I have 2 dunks that are closer and I go out of my way to get here. Latte is always made right, never burnt or over sweet. Staff is friendly and remembers who you are. I go various times during the week, never had poor service or bad coffee!

Every time I have been here they have always messed up my order. Always. I have been here at least 5 times and I have never gotten the correct order from this Dunkin Donuts. I pretty much stopped going here before work because I’m always late because of the fact that they cannot seem to figure out the orders. Overall, very inefficient and inconvenient. I usually have to sit there and wait for them to make the correct order. Honestly, I think they’d be ok if they just hired one more person to help out.

Not sure about the other reviews but every time I’ve come here I’ve gotten exceptional service and accurate orders. My girlfriend lives right behind this dunkin so it’s super convenient.
Only negative — parking here is kinda cramped. People want to make lefts out of the exit and sometimes it kinda backs up. Just a heads up!

Out of the 10 Dunkin Donuts in my vicinity (literally), this one is right next door. Only been here one other time and that time my donut was stale as well. I just don’t understand how a place specializing in an item, can’t deliver. It’s sad that I could have walked next door to 7 – 11 and gotten a fresher product… At 6:30am. Sad. Sad. Sad. The staff are robots, just like with most other locations. What bothers me most was the pumpkin muffins were out. WTH?!? It’s October, if anything, that’s ALL you should have. I can’t say I’ve been able to get a pumpkin muffin yet! I went to Acme the other day to buy Entenmanns!
Won’t be returning to this location. I’ll have to hit up one of the other 9 and cross my fingers. Maybe I’ll make it my personal mission to visit everyone and report back!!! There are a few on the way to work as well. Good way to earn my Brewed Awakening Badge! Yes!!!

I def agree with the others except for my main concern was the coffee was disgusting … And the staff isn’t friendly at all. I tried this location twice to give them a fair shot but unfortunately I just can’t. I go to the one on tices lane and rt 18. Happier staff, better coffee and food is much more tastier. Sad that it’s a new location… I don’t see it lasting long.

I agree with the last poster in that I really wanted to like this place as well, but when the cashier automatically threw my substantial change in the tip jar without giving me the option of tipping or not, that kind of did it for me. The coffee was actually pretty good. The Wakeup wrap was average. Thrown together as they always do. I’ll continue to go to my favorite DD which is on Rt 18 North closer to Edgeboro Rd.

Went back on a Saturday morning for an iced tea and a toasted bagel with butter. Again, bagel was old to the point it was difficult to chew. Iced Tea was good. Learned my lesson though. From now on I will just go to the one on the corner of Tices Lane and Rt 18. I love the interior and wanted to like this place. But two stale bagels in a row and I’m done. There’s like 10 DDs in a 5 mile radius over here and I have never had a stale item from any of the other ones.
