After our van was disabled leaving us stranded in 2010 we called John & Sons. John quoted us at a price, then after towing it part of the way he increased the price by $ 200. Knowing that we would have to pay it because we had no other option. Extremely unethical business practice.

Very nice couple and excellent service! After my car was towed in an accident, I had been away from the country for a long time. The couple told my insurance company I was away so the insurance agent is considering to cover more storage fee! They helped me to keep the stuff for more than one month neatly! Thanks very much for their help!
