I am not sure if this was the exact location dispatched from, but it was the only location I found, I was on a bus that ran off the highway and into a ditch last night. It took over 40 minutes to find us, but hey, we were a white bus, 50 yards off the highway in a ditch in a blizzard. But Grafton Fire Department and EMS services were really good. We were at the bottom of a raveen, mashed up against some of the trees, and tilted on a very scary angle. They managed to get the 5 people up the hill that couldn’t walk on their own, set up a rope system for the rest of us to help get back to the highway, and were very pleasant the entire time. It took a total of 2 hours to be found, the emrgency exit released, 5 injured people pulled up the hill the ambulances, and the rest assisted to the highway and boarded onto the new bus. It was done efficiently, and with great care and concern I wish the bus company had been half as hospitable.
