This location is awesome! Very friendly staff and my order is always right :) they always have a good variety of donuts, pastries, etc. The manager is awesome and always keeps the lines moving. this location is also very clean. I recommend stopping in!

Worst dunkin I’ve ever been to. I don’t bother going in because it takes ten minutes to make a toasted, yet cold, bagel because the staff cares more about telling each other what happened last night. So i go through drivethru only to find a giant blonde piece of hair in my food… Never again. I would advise driving to Worcester or grafton…

I was just there 2÷12÷2015
Thursday. I ordered a large cappuccino and got something extra. After swallowing a piece of cockroach leg I spit the rest out and put it on a paper towel and have been sick for the last 3 hours. There was no manager available of course until tomorrow so we will see who gets in first, my attorney or their manager.

They can never get my order right. I ask for one pump of mocha in my coffee and they give me the normal amount which is 3 or 4. I’m not going back to this one, I’ll drive a farther distance for someone to do it right.

Dunkin Donuts has coffee that ranges from good to mediocre owing to the fact that they don’t always change the pot and on more than one occasion I’ve seen a clerk pour the end of one pot into another which creates the bitter coffee you are likely to get.
It always makes me laugh that the menu is numbered for specials but if you go in and order by those numbers the poor clerk had to struggle to see the menu behind them. Is the number system supposed to speed things up? Because it doesn’t work.
There is much better coffee around, and the food at all Dunkins is just fair. Desperate highway stop only.

The people of Millbury have been waiting for this recently opened DD for a while now. It was large, clean, including the restroom. The staff was young and very friendly though comically green. The was one lady, I’m guessing the manager, who was running around, checking on everyone, as they prepare3d orders and in some cases, even helping with check outs.
needless to say, the wait was minimal, and the order was correct.
