Have you seen the billboards for Amplex Internet. Well, after my Frontier Internet was down for the second time in a month, I thought I’d give them a call. I’m sure glad that I did. First, they are local, so my monthly internet is going back into the community. Second, I talked to Jacob in sales, and when I called back, I said can I talk to Jacob, and was transferred to Jacob. He remembered my voice from days prior. No long hold times, no off shore call center. Jacob, is right here in Ohio! So, I called on Monday, and I now have internet service (Wednesday, same week). 10 times faster than my Frontier DSL service… Amazing. My installer Justin, lives just down the road from me. If I need service, I know that I will be taken care of by my neighbor. Take that Hughes Satellite and Frontier… Was your customer in the past, because I didn’t know that AMPLEX was as awesome as they turned out to be.
