Daniel helped me recently acquire another property and going into 2015 that was #4. I hope he will continue to provide the easy and quick transaction process I have come to enjoy in working with him when doing my real estate transactions.

We were looking to list our property for sale and decided to go with Daniel. We were really happy with the outcome. We felt that he used all his resources to properly market the property and felt that we got a really great price for our home. We had a multiple offer situation and Daniel advised us correctly on how to choose the best offer after negotiating terms that protected our best interests. I could honestly say I have experience with real estate and dealing with a Realtor. Agents in the past have left me nothing to remember them by, this would be my 5^th house that I have purchased and I will be looking for my 6^th in the near future. My business decision is solely based on, «TRUST», Mr Cheng has earned his badge with that title.
**Things to look out for when buying a home,
#1 Some Realtors tend to show you houses that’s been in the market for awhile, they have a higher commission rate. (realtor is looking to buy a Lamborghini soon)
#2They talk you into feeling good about settling on the first few choices, so they will have much less work and a quicker sale. (the wam! Baam! thank you ma’am, move)
#3They might inflate prices, so when negotiating you may think your Realtor is working hard, or hardly working in that case. lol
#4This is my favorite line, «There are multiple bids on the house so you would have to bid higher». (the guaranteed sale approach)
That was not the case with Mr Cheng. Thank you for a job well done!

Mr. Cheng is a wonderful Realtor to work with. He’s helped me with real estate purchases in the past, and I know from first hand experience that Mr. Cheng always has the most up to date, reliable market information and has answers ready to all of your questions.
Not only that, what I appreciate the most is that Mr. Cheng truly looks out for his client’s best interest, and is willing to put in as much time as is needed to meet his client’s individual needs.
