Batu is the best jeweler in every aspect. Inexpesive yet quality work, extremely knowledgable, he can tell by inspecting what type of stone a gemstone is, and if it’s real or not, etc., and does fair labor, doesn’t rip you off. Can even coat gold into silver or white gold if you don’t like having an item which is yellow gold!
Always friendly, kind and super professional. It’s his place, the best local jeweler.

Batu Pao, the owner is very professional and knowledgeable and will sit with you as long as necessary while you make your decision.
He is someone I respect and admire and greatly appreciate, as does my whole family and lots of my friends and neighbors, we all go there and are never disappointed… no job is too small or too complicated!!! he will find a way to replace to repair or to design to your needs.
Prices are right on too!

Fantastic local jeweler and craftsman. Very professional, easy to work with. My wife has a Tiffany ring that no one could size correctly — not even Tiffany itself after several tries. Mr. Pao, the owner, sized it perfectly the first time. Fits great.
In addition, Mr. Pao does wonderful custom work on jewelry, updating a lovely, but dated piece my wife received from her mother. Now, it’s very modern and fashionable. He does great for the price, extremely good value and trustworthy.
