I recently developed back pain mostly because of my long work hours sitting behind a computer. I have been doing yoga on and off for a long time but had never really gotten into it. As part of my recovery plan, I decided to refocus on yoga and make sure to do it right to maximize its benefits. I quickly realized that yoga does not come naturally to me and that I was doing it very poorly. I was very lucky to find Sam and start taking classes with him. It’s amazing what a difference it makes having a teacher who really knows his stuff. Specifically, as I struggled through each pose, his thoughtful and kind feedback helped me find where I could improve. Added bonus: his beautiful singing voice creates a great environment in class and makes it so much more pleasant. Sam is been an amazing teacher, a kind knowledgable instructor and I can’t recommend him enough.

Sam is a wonderful teacher! He has been teaching at our office for over a year and has really taken the time to get to know everyone. He is very gracious in keeping up with everyone’s level and is genuinly interested in watching students progress in their practice. He teaches both vinyasa and a gentle flow, and is incredibly knowledgable of all styles. Take a class with Sam, you won’t regret it!
