I bought two chairs. The in-​store service is great, and they were really friendly over the phone. The only downside was the chairs took too long to be delivered. They said it would take 6 – 8 weeks, but the chairs arrived in the 10th week.

I ordered 2 lovely benches from Eclexion for my dining table and not only received them on time but I also got monthly calls on the status of the benches. The owner made sure I knew there would be a delivery charge and that he would add it to my final bill (so that I wouldn’t mistakenly pay the delivery folks too).
The delivery guys were friendly and when I asked to have them lift the benches up so I could put the little stickies on the legs to avoid scratching my hardwood floors, they replied «oh we already did that for you!» WOW that is really considerate. Thank you!
