I could never praise Ashraf enough! What his grandfather has taught him, and his instinctual talent as a healer cannot be overstated. He is kind, professional, and a veritable life saver! At the moment, he’s moved to Newport Beach!

Perhaps Hanafy is a better«healer» than a landlord. As an honest, trustworthy person, I answered a Craig’s List ad for a house to rent in Mill Valley that Mr. Hanafy owned, only to be «duped» by him as he was in foreclosure(and failed to mention this when I signed the lease). Many months, and going back and forth many times to small claims court later, I have still not received one dime of the $ 8,375.00 that he stole from me! As a single mom to a nine year old daughter, my hopes to move her to Mill Valley and to the excellent school system have been squashed. The clincher is that he was on the foreclosure list for 32 months! The past seven months have been a nightmare dealing with this hypocrite and by the way, don’t look for him at his business address, because he closed down the day before my money was due! I am very tenacious and will eventually find him; in the mean time, Ashraf, may Karma turn it’s eyes on you and give you what you deserve.

I had three bulging disks in my lower back, I tried dozens of types of therapies, none of them did much to help. After one 2 hour session with Ashraf I felt like I had just been born again. not only did he make my back feel amazing, he got rid of all the tension in my entire body. My neck was no longer sore, the carpal tunnel that was building up in my hands and wrists was gone, I was very impressed. Whenever I hurt my self exercising I always go to Ashraf and he fixes me. I strongly recommend him.

Ashraf is a healing wonder! My bf had this persistent back pain for months and his ancient Egyptian-style therapy and massage made a huge difference on his back. He even found the problem and informed him that the back pain came from his feet, apparently from the way he walks and his non arched heels. He then recommended him to a shoe specialist to get his shoes formed so that he can walk properly. If you have any pains, do see Ashraf, he knows what’ he’s doing!

What makes Ashraf’s work different? As someone dealing with chronic pain issues for several years, Ashraf’s gift is that he releases trigger point pain sites along the nerve pathways leading throughout the body and into the arms and legs. This is quite different than massage therapists who work at the site of the pain, which can irritate and damage already-inflamed tissue instead of freeing blockages and restoring healthy blood and oxygen flow. While most bodywork centers around stimulating local pain and tension points, this can result in further inflammation of the site and damage the already-fragile muscle and fascia. By focusing on releasing trigger points remotely from distant points via the body’s electrical wiring, also known as the nerve meridian channels, Ashraf stimulates bioelectrical impulses that conduct pain relief along the pathways to referred pain sites. The meridian pathways conduct electrical energy throughout the body in much the same way as blood vessels circulate blood and oxygen throughout the body. The meridians transmit sensory, physiological, and emotional energy to the body’s organs as well, making Ashraf’s work an effective tool for the mind and spirit as well as the physical body. Ashraf’s therapeutic manipulation also triggers the body to release neurochemical endorphins, which are the body’s natural pain relievers. As the pain is blocked, the flow of oxygen-rich blood increases to the affected area, promoting muscle relaxation and healing. Ashraf is intuitive and is the one bodywork practitioner who has ever been able to provide up to 2 weeks of at-least partial relief from intractable spine and extremity pain, and headaches.
