Really some of the rudest, most disinterested office staff I’ve ever encountered. It’s like they have been asked to purposely be awful to deal with so patients will just go away. Dr Freedman, though efficient, certainly doesnt come across as eager to hear your concerns… more like ‘you better have a good reason to be here…’ kind of vibe. However, the nurse practitioner I saw was excellent… interested in what was going on(I was returning for the 2nd time with a persistent infection), did tests, very helpful and actually engaged with me as a human being. Nonetheless…after 4 weeks and still no feedback on my test results I called up the receptionist. After she made it very clear that this was a BIG imposition, she looked me up on the computer, told me everything seemed normal. When I asked if they’d sent any correspondence to let me know, she said…‘Dr Freedman is kind of a ‘no news is good news’ kind of Dr.’ Says it all really… from my experience they are just not interested in their patients. At all. I would advise my friends to go elsewhere.
