Mr Holmes wants to show a very professional attitude but his actions prove the opposite. He does not follow up on the job, he doesn’t get back to the client for weeks, he promises the job will be done the week after but nothing happens. He is not on top of anything. The sub-​contractors he hires also are unreliable and don’t show up. He clearly needs a professional training before to take on more jobs.
