I’ve visited twice to buy ink for my Epson printer – unlike other places, it’s always in stock, & the last time I received top-notch service, too, fast & friendly. Prices seem good, too.

This is the best office supply store. They are always helpful and they have even ordered items for me when they were out of stock and shipped it to me for free.

Needed a math kit for my son and the smaller kit they only had In pink. The sales person went out of her way to help me couldn’t find the same kit so gave me a better math kit for the same price. Great help.

Endlessly on hold. Multiple untrained female staff. Takes about 15 minutes on hold between two phone calls just to find out if they sell internal WIFI cards for Desktop Computers. Of course this store is like other lame retail electronics stores. They only sell WIFIUSB sticks. USB sticks are cheesy, ridiculously over priced and isn’t permanent and easily fails. I’m sick of this!!!

This is a great Staples to visit. It is seldom busy, which means you can easily get in and get out as well as being able to find employees to assist when needed. The staff is friendly and is not pushy for add ons. They also take printer cartridges with a smile for the Staples rewards program, which is appreciated. I also find this location makes ad items easy to find and kept well in stock. This Staples is a great place to go to, but you have to shop their ads. Their full prices are insanely high!

As with most office supply stores, the selection is often too wide to be useful. I’ve never been a fan, but my wife always seems to make out like a bandit when she shops here.

Take advantage of the back to school sales! You can literally buy notebooks for .1 cent, composition notebooks for .10 cents, dividers for .50 cents, etc etc. The catch? Most of the super cheap items(like these listed) have a strict limit, such as you can only get 2 or 3, AND/OR you have to spend a minimum amount. The most I saw was a «minimum purchase of $ 5» in order for discounts to be effective. It’s still a great buy, seeing that you’ll still be looking for other supplies that’ll easily total $ 5 or whatever the amount. Kids, make sure you look through the Sunday newspaper ads… Staples will be there :-) Also, they have a fair amount of items ranging from chairs, desks, to laptops, electronics, backpacks… You name it. I’d wait for a sale for computer chairs… Why pay $ 189 when you can pay $ 99? :-) Service is okay… Give them a few seconds to think about where things are and they’ll be happy to show you.

Not very knowledgable or helpful staff. Not amazing selection or prices. Walked round and round in circles trying to find a particular item, finally stood in line to ask a clerk were and if the item was in. After waiting(with kids mind you) he just kind of shrugged and said«IF we have it, it would PROBABLY be down aisle so and so»…there was no one around, no one behind me to help, he could have given it a bit more effort in try to assist… grrr…I never did find my item…

Decent selection of office supplies, service is touch and go though. Some cashiers are very friendly, others look like they’d rather be somewhere else… Sign up for a Staples rewards card, you’ll thank me later.

I love Staples! I love pens, cool paperclips, stickers, post-its, etc. They also sell office furniture-I got a compact computer desk from here back in college for a good price. It’s bad for me to step into a Staples store because I usually don’t neeeeed something-I end up buying more when I already have some teehee
