I can only echo the rest of the 5 star reviews. I have been a customer for many years, and no matter what I need, from stamps to overnight service, I feel like they care about my needs and do their utmost to serve them. Sometimes it gets crowded, but they always present a calm, caring, service-​oriented demeanor. Happy to be their customer and highly recommend them.

I use this mailing center A LOT. The staff is friendly and quick, especially when there’s a line but all I want to do is drop off a pre-​labeled package. The owner will do what she can dto get me the best deals. I will continue going here!

I have been going here for quite a few years now and will continue going here. The people here are very helpful, and have often gone out of their way to help me get some urgent last minute packages shipped on time.

I walked in the last two times to find that they couldn’t help me. But it was still customer service with a smile on and some helpful suggestions to boot! 5 stars.

Usually love to ship my packages here. The staff is friendly and it’s always more convenient and less crowded than the post office to ship here. However, I discovered I was recently overcharged to ship a package. I was charged the large flat rate fee for a medium flat rate USPS priority mail package. That’s a $ 4 difference, which is pretty significant. Unfortunately, I can’t find my receipt to go talk with them about it. I may still ship here, but I will only do so if the staff that has assisted me in the past and that I trust is working.

I had to change my rating from 3 stars to 2 stars. Lo and behold, my package came back to ME today! They had forgotten to put the postage on the box before they shipped it off! Pretty frustrating! I searched through my house, found the receipt, and went down to talk with them. I spoke with the owner, who was very apologetic and is going to make everything right – Which I really appreciate. That said, the amount I paid was correct. The owner said they are an authorized USPS site, but charge different rates, which I’m actually ok with due to the convenience of shipping from there. However, I think that much of a mark-​up ($ 15.50 instead of $ 11.40) is a bit excessive. I’m thinking that I won’t be shipping much from there anymore.

I’ve always found them to be extremely friendly and helpful.

Today is Columbus Day. Your door says you close at 6pm. I decide to let my little girl finish her nap while I park outside your shop and wait for her to wake up. At 5:25 pm we walk in your door. You have a shopper that you are handling and you tell me that you are closed. In shock, I say what?! It is Columbus Day, yes. But you were open ALL day long and you do NOT have a sign anywhere that says you are closing at 5:25 pm. For this, you get one star for customer service. And for this, I will never come back.
