Out of business. Not in strip mall by Wasabi Bay. This is a mobile locksmith. Call to book an appt. don’t waste your time driving to a location that does not exist.

If you decide to use this company, insist on getting an *accurate* estimate for everything beforehand. I needed my house re-keyed because we had just bought it. I was given an estimate over the phone, but he ended up charging much more. I was ripped off, but I just didn’t feel like arguing or trying to schedule someone else at that point so I didn’t say anything. But had I just paid his $ 30 service fee, said no thanks, and paid another locksmith to come and do everything, I probably still would’ve saved money. He charged $ 120 for a new deadbolt that I could’ve bought at Lowe’s for $ 35 *PLUS* $ 80 to install it. That, in addition to re-keying 3 other locks, and making keys for a garage door lock ended up costing me $ 465.00. These were really basic knobs & deadbolts, nothing fancy. I gave 2 stars because he did a good job, and it’s my fault for being taken. Also, I called this number, but his business was called 123 Lock and Key.

We have used this company once in the past to make extra keys when we moved into our new offices. We then called to have them come out and give us a quote on fixing or replacing a broken door lock. The price was too high so we decided not to go ahead with the work at that time. We now need the lock replaced, and called Guy again. We wanted to move a lock from one door to another which would have been an easy and less expensive fix, but he rudely stated that it would cost the same as a brand new knob and lock, and«why would we do that»? We decided not to go ahead. He then informed us that there would be a $ 45 trip charge for him coming out,(which was never mentioned to start with). Our customer service experience was not good, and if we treated our clients like that we wouldn’t sell many homes! Susan RE/MAX Town Center
