My vertical blinds were installed today and Windows Concept did an amazing job and they’re super reasonable. Not to mention so friendly. My window is abnormally high and another company wouldn’t touch it. Tim and Cheryl came in like a boss and had no issue. Another company quoted me more than double. Call them for all your drapery needs.

We found Cheryl at Window concepts by doing a google search which is like playing retailer roulette, but if you note the 5-​stars above, luck was on our side. I filled out the online form and the very next morning we get a call to schedule an estimate. At our appointment, they had samples ready for us and kept it very simple without a hint of pressure. We ended up going with the higher end plantation shutters and paid roughly $ 3K for 3 bedrooms and living room shutters with installation. One thing to note is that they special order a lot of their inventory, so be prepared to wait a couple of weeks for them to be ready to install. During the entire process Cheryl was diligent in keeping us updated with the status of the shutters. The customer service was outstanding and the we absolutely love our new shutters.
