Would not go anywhere else. Mark has been amazing throughout the years and knows my taste, as well as my mothers. Just got engaged and my fiancé went to valentines. Mark knew just what to look for!!!

I go back and forth with this place. I go here because it is convenient and they do good repairs in-​house (even while you wait sometimes), but I struggle with the attitude I always encounter with the staff. Many of the sales people are green and I always feel like I get a flippant attitude. I’ve always dismissed it in the past, but after another recent interaction I was compelled to leave this review. That being said, this isn’t somewhere I personally would go for a large purchase, but I do think they are a solid choice for repairs and such.

I’ve been coming here for over 20 yrs. Johnny and the guys do awesome repair work and I don’t trust my jewelry really with any other place. I value the expertise of their staff and love their large selection of items. Plus this is a family run business and one of the owners brings in her little dogs that sit right in the showroom! I loved that, cuz I have a Yorkie!

We went to two different jewelry stores in the area to have a link removed from a watch. Both stores told us it would be at least $ 20 and take up to three days to have a link removed!
We were driving by Valentine’s and decided to stop in to see what they could do. Not only did they remove the link right at that moment, but they also did it for no charge. Very professional staff and I will recommend them to anyone that asks.

i went into this place for the first time and will never return. i asked a woman there a question and was told to go look and someone else could help me. i already knew what i was purchasing and the transaction could have taken less than 5 mins. i find this disappointing as ive heard great things about this place, but unfortunately i will never return and will bring my business elsewhere.

Great family jeweler. Came here for my wedding rings and have been pleasantly surprised each time I come back. Mark and his family have a very honest and reputable jewelry store here and for that alone I give them 5 stars.

I came here in hopes to find a jeweler that would reset my ring without charging me the price of the ring and I found it. Mark was seriously so helpful and basically me told me anything was possible and within a reasonable price. (unlike other jewelers *ahem* LITTMANS and MICHAELS who wanted to charge me 2k just to reset it).
My main issue was that the setting of my ring was ridiculously high so I wanted a very similar ring, with a lower setting and smaller diamonds going down the sides to make it look more petite as I have very small hands. He did exactly that and I freaking love my ring now. As for the bigger diamonds that he removed and replaced with smaller diamonds– he used those to make my wedding band. So I got two beautiful rings for $ 1500. And to top it off– I had to come back and ask if they could resize my rings bc they were a bit big and they did it in a half hour! Will never buy jewelry or repair my jewelry anywhere else from now on!

I went engagement ring shopping here. The woman helping us was so cold and miserable towards us that I wanted to run out of the place. It’s too bad because I love the work they do for repairs.

Mark and the Valentine diamond center are tops… I have been going there since I heard their ad years ago on Radio 104.1. They always go above and beyond.

Some of the ladies that work her are very nasty and make me feel like I don’t know anything. Let me tell you I have spent a lot of money here in the past. I was now told 2 days for a repair when I dropped an item off and now they tell me over a week!!! WTF If they had told me a week in the first place I would have gone elsewhere!

So glad I found this place! I wanted to move my diamond from my original engagement ring to a new setting. Most places I tried either wanted an exorbitant amount of money to reset ($ 200+) and even more to appraise (up to $ 400!), or they turned their noses down because neither setting was purchased with them. Valentine’s Diamond Center did neither! I walked in and an hour and a half later left wearing my new ring set with my diamond. I only paid $ 30 to set the diamond, and $ 75 for the appraisal! All in all, honest, helpful and affordable, I will definitely come here for all my future jewelry needs. Highly recommended!

Definitely a great jewelry shop… from someone who wears very little jewelry! When my hubby and I were looking at wedding bands, they were very patient and helpful. We didn’t end up buying the bands from them, but I was still impressed with their service. Since they were so good to us, I had them size my engagement ring and they did an excellent job for a great price.

Hands down — the BEST jewery repair shop in the area and very reasonably priced for repairs as well. Their jewely is breathtaking but a little on the expensive side. I would advise that you wait for their big sale in the spring.
