This location is absolute garbage. Since August of 2015, I’ve had approximately 11 packages not receive a proper acceptance scan, even when scanned at the counter. Four of these packages actually sat at this location for longer than two weeks. Two in particular were brought out to me by a clerk who looked for them after 17 days of no updates at all. Currently, three of my packages have not had any updates, even an acceptance scan, after a week. I run a business online, I cannot afford to continue refunding customers because of this crappy location. I will begin taking my business elsewhere unless this scanning issue is fixed, as well as holding my packages. Why are my items simply sitting in the back office?

Do I really need to say anything? It’s government run, so we know how that goes. No sense of urgency, the same 2 people working there that have for years. Slowness and laziness= Job security. If you walk in and they are more than 3 – 4 deep, pack a lunch, you will be there a while. Has to be the slowest post office on earth, and this is no exaggeration.

Even though this is a bigger post office, huge parking lot, easy access to get in and out of, they service and staff are really slow. Also I have mailed a couple of letters from this post office and twice my mail did not reach it’s destination.
